I said it was ordered, and they said they did not know anything about it. They did not order it right.   My husband ended up back in the hospital before we ever got it, and he died. It would have made a lot of difference for his comfort at home if we had an alternating pressure mattress. He was sleeping in the lounge chair because he was uncomfortable. One problem I did have was that the company did not have an occupational therapist. He needed that. He needed somebody to help him feed himself and things like that. The social worker was fantastic.
