"I went to Carriage Club of Jacksonville because a friend of my mother lives there, and it was very, very big. It was huge, and the lady who lives there has lived in several places and she really likes it a lot. They had lots of activities. It was a place that we visited, but not for my mother. It was not a good location for us, but I think it would have been very, very nice for her. It seemed either newer or recently renovated, and they had long hallways, but it wasn't quite as homey. I thought it was a little plainer and more institutional-looking, but the apartment was very spacious and nice. "

"My mom will move into Grand Living at Tamaya. It's warm. It's beautiful. They have every amenity. We knew it would be a place where my mom, at her age, would be able to feel comfortable and explore all kinds of social activities. They were fantastic. It was Tyler and Ashton. Both of them were nice, helped us out, and spent lots of time with us. My sister brought my mother back there yesterday. They were very kind to her. They were great. The facility was extraordinary, very open, and light. It's a place I would want to go to."

"It has a wonderful atmosphere, a lot of activities, very caring staff, and my mom got excellent care there. She was there on respite care in their assisted living for about 45 days. The facility is beautiful and in a convenient location. The staff was excellent, everybody's very helpful, and we had no problems with them. The food was also good. They had music every week and they had a lot of games that they played. My mom didn't participate, but they had them available."

"Allegro has a secure area, but they didn't have skilled nursing that my mom needs. It only goes to a certain level of care. It was immaculate, clean, everything was so well-organized. "

"I'm happy to be here at The Meetinghouse at Collins Cove. Everything is fine. I prepare my own meals. The staff in the office are very helpful and polite. They answer my questions to the best of their ability. There's a swimming pool and a sauna. There are activities in the community room occasionally. The upkeep is excellent and the prices are comparable."

"The Marcis Pointe has an absolutely gorgeous accommodation. It was built two years ago, so it's brand new and beautiful. My mom's apartment is very nice. "

"A tour was scheduled, and we visited the facility. Everything about the facility was well-thought out. The facility seemed to have a lot of amenities that were included in the monthly fees. The person directing our tour was very knowledgeable in all of the activities offered. I was impressed that a local university offers courses for the residents at a very-much reduced course tuition charge. We looked at different floorplans which offered a variety of amenities. The newer area was extremely impressive with all of the comforts available in each home.At the end of the tour, our tour guide was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions we had regarding the properties we had seen. She explained in detail all of the pricing and requirements needed for residency in the community.We did not feel like any of our questions were brushed off or an imposition on her time, which is a very welcomed thing, especially when making an important decision such as this one. Again, the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable and also seemed to genuinely care about the residents in the community. One thing that really struck me as a very positive thing was that, as we were traveling throughout the community, the tour director knew the residents by name and greeted each of them. To me, that was a very nice thing to see. "

"I went to check out the independent living of River Garden, but they don’t take people who have a cane or walker; you have to be completely ambulatory. However, it’s really nice and the people seemed pleased to be there. The have lots of activities and take people into town for the things they need to do. "

"My father has been in Riverside Presbyterian House for about a year and a half now. We chose it because they keep an eye on him despite having close to 140 seniors living in this apartment complex. They keep up on him with whether or not he shows up for his meals. When he didn't show up for a meal one morning, they went up looking for him and found him incoherent and unconscious on his floor. They let us know if there's an emergency or if there's anything to be concerned about even though my sister and I are in Georgia. They do a really good job with communicating. They have activities that he enjoys. The staff is excellent, and he said he hasn't had any problems with any of them. The food I tasted was good. My father prefers to eat out sometimes, but he likes breakfast there. He gets three meals a day. "

"After checking out over 40 other CCRCs around the country, we chose WSA. WHY? The selection of models and floor plans are wonderful AND you can make changes as you desire. The entrance and campus is in World Golf Village and is very spacious. Also, this community allowed us to keep our 65 pound Samoyed, as he is a part of our family. All the employees are very pleasant and so are all the residents. What's not to smile about? Everything is taken care of and there are daily activities to keep you busy. We would move here again, if we had that choice. "
