"I will be moving into Riviera Senior Living. A lot of my neighbors moved to Riviera, so I thought that might be quite nice because I know a lot of people, plus the fact that it is very, very nice, and everyone seems to be quite happy. What I like best is the condition that it was in because the place where I came from was sold under terrible circumstances and is just falling apart. The staff was very, very helpful and very, very nice. I was with another couple of friends who were also looking, so we all had lunch together, and it was excellent. It was very, very clean. That was one of the things I was very impressed with. The condition of the buildings was excellent as well. The size of the rooms is pretty good, and each apartment has its own washer and dryer."

"Clyde Morris Senior Living Communities seemed like a good value. They had a nice-sized room. I looked at the two-bedroom apartment. They had nice facilities. They had everything but a pool. They had a washer and dryer, a physical fitness room, a lounge, and a balcony. The facility was brand new, so it all looked nice. It was clean and empty like a new apartment would look. The staff members were busy, but they were helpful."

"We toured Allegro - St. Augustine. It's pretty. They have a lot of entertainment and a schedule you could do if you want to. The rooms were very nice and they're all clean. The lady who took us on the tour was very, very helpful. She tried to help me. If I get rid of the dog or if he does, I'm probably going to Allegro. It's my first choice, but they're a little expensive. The amenities they have look very good. It's closer to where I live. They have a one-bedroom apartment. They do have a couple of studio apartments."

"My wife moved into Majestic Gardens Living. It's a fairly small place. It's almost a brand-new building, and it's very nice and very clean. Her room is very nice and very big. The staff has been very good. They provide 3 meals a day. They're not gourmet, but they're OK. They have activities all the time, like bingo and board games. I would recommend it to anybody. It's owned by a lady doctor, and she comes in every day. She has a pretty good crew there."
