"I will be moving into Riviera Senior Living. A lot of my neighbors moved to Riviera, so I thought that might be quite nice because I know a lot of people, plus the fact that it is very, very nice, and everyone seems to be quite happy. What I like best is the condition that it was in because the place where I came from was sold under terrible circumstances and is just falling apart. The staff was very, very helpful and very, very nice. I was with another couple of friends who were also looking, so we all had lunch together, and it was excellent. It was very, very clean. That was one of the things I was very impressed with. The condition of the buildings was excellent as well. The size of the rooms is pretty good, and each apartment has its own washer and dryer."

"We toured Lexington Place. It's a nice community. It's relatively modern and up-to-date. It lacks a swimming pool or any scenery, but other than that, it's a nice facility. The staff was very good. They try to keep you entertained and keep you busy. It's nice they have guests who offer musical entertainment. It sounded very nice as far as the activity is concerned."

"My Aunt stayed here and when she first toured it, she called it “homey”. I live in PA and my Aunt’s DPOA, so being able to contact a live person was important for me if I was unable to reach my Aunt or if something was off. From Taylor at the front desk, the PT girls, the cafeteria staff, the aides to Stefany in charge of nursing…all of them were available for my call and if I had to leave a message they always called back. They offer an array of services and my Aunt loved the food! They were definitely an affordable place, but the staff was kind, caring and helpful. Great place!"

"My mother-in-law lived at Woodland Towers. I didn't like the marketing director, but besides that, the place and everything else were great. The cook did a good job, and all the food tasted good. I was satisfied with the food and ate with her once or twice. It's a very nice facility. They had different spaces on different floors and two sides: senior living and assisted living. They kept the residents busy with enough activities to get them through the day, and the value for money was good."

"I visited the independent living community of Sky Active Sterling Court. It was one of the first places that was recommended to me. I went there and it was very nice. I was impressed. I like the location, and that it's modern and inviting. Everybody was also friendly. The person who gave me the tour was very friendly. She showed me all the amenities that they have there, and they were very nice. She took her time and was not rushing or anything like that. They showed me the outdoor space, but I didn't get a chance to see the pool area, since I can't walk a lot. She did mention that there was a pool."

Over the years my needs have changed but the management team has supported and met those needs. "Bahama Bay Club Luxury Senior Living was a very nice facility. I enjoyed my tour. I know some people who have recently moved in there, and they're happy with it. It's all brand new. They had a library. It seemed like they had everything they needed. The staff was very informative and very pleasant."

"My ex-wife is in the memory care at Grand Villa of Palm Coast. I can't say anything, but good about it. It's a very caring group of staff. I was initially shown it and helped choose it along with my daughter. They've been very kind to her and helped her through it. It's very well cared for, and the food is good. I've seen what they feed her, and I can tell it's nutritious. She shares a room now. Initially, she wasn't, and it was a good-size room. It's in a nice area. It's not crammed in the middle of a city. The administrators have always been very helpful. It's top-notch, fairly new, and well cared for. Outside the memory unit, activities are probably a five. In the memory unit, they're mostly sitting in front of the TV, asleep."

"It was a great place for my grandparents. They had a beautiful one bedroom deluxe apartment that was spacious enough to accommodate them both. The staff was super friendly and you could tell they really cared about the residents like their own families. They had a lot of activities but the best was their daily happy hour. The community encouraged families to join their loved ones and have a glass of wine and enjoy the music together. I've never seen an assisted living who offered this. Every time I visited them I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton."

"I toured The Savoy Gracious Retirement Living. It was beautiful. It had everything you needed and wanted. It was perfect. I'm afraid if I had any medical problems, they would not keep me there long. It had a small kitchen and a bathroom. It was a studio apartment, and they had a good sale. The person who took me around was very helpful, and they had three meals."

"Crane Lakes is very immaculate and very well-maintained, and we just signed the contract today. The one we are getting is 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and the view is terrific with small lakes and a clubhouse in sight. They have card and craft rooms, pool tables, tennis courts, shuffle board, and swimming pools. It has a restaurant that we can use. What we saw in the dining room was very well-designed; however we have to pay for the meals. We do our own meals at our own unit. The staff was great; it’s clean and beautiful. "
