My mother is in Woodland Towers and she gets everything she needs there. She gets meals, housekeeping, and interactions with people. It's good. Her apartment is pretty good-sized and clean. It has a pool, a jacuzzi, a large dining room, and good security. Part of the monthly rent is two meals per day. It has laundry services or you can have someone do it for you. They have housecleaning, cable, phone, internet, and air-conditioning. They offer transportation to activities and shopping, and they have exercise, bingo, and bible study. The staff is great.

I found Woodland Towers and the layout of the facility to be one of the better ones. The rooms were a little bigger. The maintenance was a little better. Just overall, it checked off more positively than most others. It's refreshing to see the facility done right and that they're doing their job. The person who gave me the tour was very pleasant, competent, and well-suited for her job. I wasn't the only center of her attention. People were coming in. like nurses and whatnot, asking her questions, and she's a very capable person in getting the job done efficiently. She's the kind of person I would like to work with.

Woodland Towers was very nice. We had a very good experience. Diane gave us a tour and it's a very nice facility. They even gave us a free lunch to test the food and it was very good. They had lots of options to choose from. We liked the place because it's going to be near where we're planning to buy a home. The facilities are very clean, roomy, and kept up well. They have a lot of activities and they have a nice dining room. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They have a beauty salon, ice cream parlor, and fitness room. They also have a computer room and a laundry room on each floor.

Woodland Towers is beautiful and very well organized. They have good employees. The dining room is beautiful and huge. They have different menus; every day, they have three different things. If you don't want that, they have sandwiches and things like that you can order. They always have some kind of soup in the meal. They have an ice cream shop open all the time. They have a laundromat on each floor and it's free. They have a swimming pool, they have a spa, and they have activities for the pool. They also have activities on the floor. They have a beauty salon. It's very clean and smelled good. We liked that one. It's a full apartment with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and a private bedroom and bath. Interaction with the staff was very good. They're very well-behaved. We were very happy. They were very professional.

We had an in-person tour of Woodland Towers. The people that we met were very friendly. The facility seemed nice. My mom liked the dining room and the ability to select from a menu for her meals. The room is beautiful, and it has an apartment-size kitchen. It's like a small apartment with a living room, a bedroom, and a small patio. We looked at their menu, and it looked like a nice selection of food. The negative for my mom is that the facility has two towers that are connected, and all of the activities and things that she would want to go to during the day are in multiple locations or floors. So it would mean a lot of walking, which is one of the things that did not fit her needs.

I chose Woodland Towers for my sister. It's very welcoming, very clean, and the personnel is excellent. I was quite impressed. Diane was excellent. She explained everything to me. She went over everything thoroughly. She explained what they can do and what services were open down the road if my sister needed them. The food is excellent, and the variety is excellent. Beautiful pool, terrific activities, and every day they have something. It's very good for my sister who needs those kinds of stimuli. They have an extensive menu. They have a regular, extensive menu because they offered three or four specials that evening. You don't have to have the same thing all the time, it's open, and there's more variety. Everything on the table is set with the staff that's there that serve you. Very, very accommodating, very nice. Everybody is smiling for the most part, which is nice to see and makes everybody feel comfortable.

I visited Woodland Towers. One thing I noticed is that they have a lot of activities, and that's a good thing for older people. They have a microwave oven and refrigerator that are a nice size, which is just what you need for the room. They can go any time to get their meals, and they have a very nice menu. We looked at both their independent living and assisted living. The people were energized. They were doing activities. We saw some playing bingo. They have lovely facilities there. The lady that took us around was very good at answering any questions we had, even if it wasn't something that they offered there. I felt that they're very honest about their facilities and their ability to take care of the people. She was very upfront. They asked us if we could schedule a time where we could come for a meal, so we went for lunch. The food was good. There were two towers, but there is a connected hallway. You don't have to go out in the weather. There's also a nurse's room on both towers, which I thought was good.

My mother is going to be at Woodland Towers. They were very nice, and she was very happy to know that she has her friends over there. We liked it as well. The food was delicious. They have a lot of activities, and the residents seemed happy. We liked that they don't separate the independent living from the assisted living, so she doesn't feel like she's in a structured atmosphere; they get to eat together. It's very clean, and they stay on top of things and pay attention to the residents. We're going with the one shower a week assist and laundry services. They check on them a couple times a day. The staff has been very pleasant and helpful, and they have a chef. We ate there twice, and she had a very large lunch; she just ate everything. The facilities looked very nice. They celebrate birthdays once a month, and they even have an ice cream parlor there. The staff members all seemed happy and seemed to enjoy their jobs. They've been there a long time.

Woodland Towers was a very nice place, and it would have been very adequate for my mother. The 1-bedroom apartment was adequate. It had a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. We had lunch there, and it was good.

Woodland Towers was nice. The staff was very nice. We saw a one-bedroom with a den, which was spacious enough. We ate lunch in the dining room, and it was good. The people were nice. They have an ice cream parlor that's open all day, and it's free. We saw the library and some of the amenities they had. The residents seemed happy. The room also had a living room and a nice porch to go outside. The cook came out and talked to us. Everybody was very friendly.

We moved into Woodland Towers. It is a very nice place with nice grounds and restaurants right around the corner. The room is nice, too. We have a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a veranda. They have activities, like Wii bowling and bingo. The staff members are very pleasant and very nice.

The tour at Woodland Towers was very nice. I saw a two-bedroom, an exercise room, and a swimming pool. They had a main building, a small building outside, and four or five units around the big building. The people looked happy. A resident has been there for 16 years and loves it. The dining area was very nice and set up with four or more tables and served two meals a day. It was very clean.

My dad and my stepmom were at Woodland Towers. They loved the woman in charge of the transportation. They had ice cream socials and would invite me to go. Their rooms were large and had a full kitchen.

Woodland had a large bedroom, where she can get a queen-size bed; a lounge sitting area, where she can have a settee; a TV; and a dining table. She had a little kitchenette. They were very reasonable with the monthly charge. The staff was very nice. We saw that the residents were active.

Our family has lived in Deland for quite a few years, so we're familiar with Woodlands Tower. We checked them out and they gave us a tour. We're very pleased, so that's why we moved here. It's perfect. It couldn't possibly be better. It's very nice here. The apartments are big enough; with one bedroom, a large living room, and a kitchen. The people that work here are absolutely wonderful. The place is clean, they have nurses, doctors and security guards. The food is excellent, too. We couldn't ask for anything more.
