I toured Anthology of Wheaton and it was very nice and new-looking. The main drawback with that one was you had to furnish the room because they all came unfurnished. It was two or three floors; it wasn't just a single floor. You got to furnish the room with a bed and whatever else you wanted in there. The staff was very helpful. The dining area looked nice. I think they had an area for rehab, and they do have activities, but I did not see those. I do remember that they had kind of a greenhouse on the second or third floor where people could plant whatever. The place was not as compact as some of the others; it was larger.

My father spent some time here while dealing with an illness. I looked at many places, and took into consideration the amenities, cleanliness, and most importantly - the people. From every aspect I was impressed and chose Travanse, and they surpassed my expectations. This was a difficult time for myself, and my father, and they catered to all of our needs. They were flexible when we needed it, as well as provided excellent guidance as we navigated things like medications, and care. I would recommend this facility from top to bottom.

Travanse Living at Wheaton is OK for now. The communication with the front desk and the business end of it is a little challenging, but the medical and nursing care have been great. My mom has already moved in. They have bingo, movies, painting, exercises, piano, and music concerts. It's a very small and new place. They have a bus that takes the people around. They promised all these things but nothing's really happening. They take the bus out every Tuesday for doctors' appointments. They just need more money in their budget to hire someone in order to be able to transport people.

Travanse Living at Wheaton was very good. The person who spoke to us was extremely conscientious, very attuned to my mother, professional, and sincere. The rooms looked good and probably one of the better ones we saw overall. The dining area looked great. Similar to other places, they had recreational facilities, and pretty well laid out activities. It was exceptionally noteworthy and impressive.

Travanse Living at Wheaton was a small, new community that's only a year old. It's beautiful and very clean but expensive. I got to meet a lot of the staff, and the sales guy was excellent. I saw a lot of activities going on there with people moving around, and the staff introduced me to everybody. It's a top notch facility. If you have the money, that would be the place to go. They had a workout room and a craft room. It was bright and had windows everywhere.

My father is at Travanse Living at Wheaton. The building is very nice. Everything is relatively new. It's a nice looking place, rooms and amenities wise. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If I have an issue or question, it gets resolved pretty quickly. So far, so good. There's nothing special about the food. The frustrating thing with the food service is the amount of time it takes from when you order it until when you get it, but it is just adequate. The activities are pretty weak. He's 97, but he's very sharp and he can do almost anything. I talked to them about doing some different type of activities or introducing some activities that might be more appealing to some of the people there and they seemed receptive to it. They've got the standard bingo, volleyball, kicking balls around, and painting. They gave us a pretty good discount.

I was very impressed with Travanse Living at Wheaton. It looked like a 5-start hotel. The facilities appeared to be outstanding, from the gym, to the restaurant, to the Jacuzzis. It's brand new, so this could be why everything was so nice. The staff I interacted with appeared to be knowledgeable. The 1-bedrooms were good and very nice. The studio was relatively small in my estimation, but it was nicely appointed.
