"I am using JoLand Home Care LLC. The owner comes in sometimes, and then I had a girl, but she's on vacation. So, I usually have one girl in the morning, and then a different girl at night. They're very accommodating. They come in and do the laundry, and they could mop my floor and help me clean my house if I wanted to. They get my food if I need food, and they change me and wash me. I don't require much care. I only take two pills a day. I only take a pain pill and a sleeping pill, so it's not like they're going to keep me knowing what I've got to take."

"We used this agency for PT, OT, and Nurse. Communication with the office was fast, and easy. We were assigned OT, PT, and for nursing, for my husband following a pretty major back surgery. All three- I’d HIGHLY recommend! Great personalities, thoroughly knowledgeable, they “care”, highly professional, always right on time… communication- great! Very informative to help him on the days they were not scheduled to be here. Would highly recommend!!"

"We used Home Helpers. My mother was recovering from a stroke and so the first week, we had round-the-clock care. She needed help transferring from the chair to the toilet or the toilet to the bed or just moving. After that, as she improved, we cut that down to just a few hours a day, and then once she felt like she could navigate her kitchen and take a shower by herself, we discontinued care."

"I got Always Best Care of Chicagoland & South Suburbs last December. They help in light meal prep, housekeeping, getting my mail, taking out the garbage can, washing the dishes, and changing my sheets. The caregiver was excellent, phenomenal, and always on time. I can't say enough about her. I only had her 2 days a week, Tuesday and Friday."

"I just had a good feeling with the caregiver from Right At Home. The person that came actually clicked very well with my husband. I think the caregiver understands what he needs before he really knows what he needed. And she reminds my husband a lot about our daughter. She provides just about anything I need her to do like laundry, play games with my husband, and she's very capable of doing a lot of things, so I've been very happy. "

"I used Home Helpers from June of last year to January of this year to provide companion care for my mom. The care giver selected; Elsie, was a perfect match for my mom. Michael and Tracey in the office were fantastic also and great at accommodating my requests for additional coverage as my needs changed. From the first meeting with Michael to the very end, all of the people involved were responsive, courteous, friendly and followed through as needed promptly. This was truly an exemplary performance by the whole team at Home Helpers. "

"My mother has a caregiver from Right at Home of Fox Valley. They hand the medication to her, feed her breakfast and lunch while I'm at work, and do light housekeeping. We started out with a really good aide, the next one was pretty good, and the third is still very new. They've been pretty good for the most part."
