The caregivers are very nice. Management is very responsive to our requests. They communicate frequently and promptly. Management regularly communicates with us to be sure our needs are met. The caregiver provides cooking, laundry, transportation, on-site support for my 92 yr old Dad. It’s nice to have someone there a few days a week.

The staff at Assistance Home Care were from the first meeting, caring, warm and very professional. I was immediately drawn and felt my dad would be in good hands. For 8 months they were very attentive to my dad’s needs and responsive when there were issues with schedules. The care givers were kind and helpful and when I had concerns they addressed them right away.

Assistance Home Care took care of my mother while she was on hospice care at home. Ashley could not have been more professional, more dedicated or more involved with me, my mother or the hospice team. Assistance Home Care insured that hospice and Ashley worked together for the best care of my mother! I would recommend Assistance Home Care to anyone in need of caregivers who really are dedicated to their work and their clients!

At a very difficult time in life, our caregiver Halina came to us like a refreshing breeze. She's my Mary Poppins. She is everything that I want for my mom. Halina goes above and beyond with everything. I don't have to ask her to do much. She takes initiative and takes care of not only my mom with Alzheimer's, but my entire family, including pets! She cooks, shops, does the laundry, takes mom to appointments and keeps mom mentally stimulated all at the same time. I couldnt have asked for anyone more intelligent, kind spirited and proactive when it comes to running the show at my house. She a true gem and we love her dearly.
