"I cannot say what a relief it was to find HomeWell Care Services (NWI). I live out of town and my aunt, who lives alone, needed help after a short nursing home stay for rehabilitation. I am able to visit often but due to work, I could not be there as much as I would like. So I knew I had to make another decision. When I called HomeWell, I actually spoke with one of the owners. She was the nicest person and was so helpful. Very knowledgeable. They were able to send someone out to speak to my aunt and myself and were able to start services shortly thereafter. From helping her get up and dressed in the morning, to helping her with meals and tidying her house, doing her laundry, grocery shopping and even monitoring her physically after her rehab stay, it has been fantastic to have HomeWell's help. At first, we were a little nervous about having new people in the home for her care but the caregivers they have sent were kind and respectful. "We have Care with Love LLC - Highland, IN for my mother-in-law. They help with grooming and getting her ready in the morning, and if we need them to do her hair, they do hair. They also do some toileting, like helping her in the restroom. They help with meals if needed. Like they give her food, snacks, and things like that. And they do plenty of exercises as well. They also work with her cognitive issues. They use memory cards, puzzles, and things like that."
