Howard's patience and expertise got my mom's legs strong enough to stand, walk with a cane, and even go up stairs! He got her to a point that made our situation easier and safer. "I tried to refer a patient who needed home health care services however the whole experience was terrible! The person answering the phone was rude to begin with she told me to send fax over referral then they would call me back. I never received a call so I called them the next day to ask if they had sent someone out to see our patient but Ms Ryan answered and told me no to re fax referral then she said no they could not service my patients area and hung up on me. Very rude! I would never think to ever use their services again! "

The staff were friendly and happily answered our questions. My grandmother really like the people since the really made her feel like family. The unfortunate part was that they are still rather small and while my grandmother was willing to live at home with a care provider, since their home base was so nearby, the lack of the medical facilities she might need caused us to look elsewhere. They're very supportive of what I need and want. That's what I like about them. They don't make all the decisions in closed room where I'm not part of it. All the decisions they make are with my input and they pretty much respond to my inputs. I have an RN once a week, a CNA twice a week and physical therapy two times a week. I can also have occupational therapy after physical therapy. They also gave me a very good folder with a lot of relevant information and a toll-free number where I could call if I'm dissatisfied or have any questions or complaints. "
