I tried to refer a patient who needed home health care services however the whole experience was terrible! The person answering the phone was rude to begin with she told me to send fax over referral then they would call me back. I never received a call so I called them the next day to ask if they had sent someone out to see our patient but Ms Ryan answered and told me no to re fax referral then she said no they could not service my patients area and hung up on me. Very rude! I would never think to ever use their services again!
