I have been using Medcare Home Health maybe for two years now. My primary care physician recommended this home health care. The reason I opted for them is that my doctor works with them directly. They're very supportive of what I need and want. That's what I like about them. They don't make all the decisions in closed room where I'm not part of it. All the decisions they make are with my input and they pretty much respond to my inputs. I have an RN once a week, a CNA twice a week and physical therapy two times a week. I can also have occupational therapy after physical therapy. They also gave me a very good folder with a lot of relevant information and a toll-free number where I could call if I'm dissatisfied or have any questions or complaints.
