We used Option Healthcare for over a month, but it did not work for us; a lot of the time, they didn't have anyone available. They kept my mother clean, and my mother was comfortable with the caregivers, but the availability was poor; maybe they don't have enough people. There were certain times that we needed, and they had to find someone to come out. We need something concrete. There was one problem with the billing with them. We had sent them a check, but it was lost and we had a big problem with that. We mailed the check, and they didn't get it, so they pretty much said to us we will discontinue the service because they didn't get the check, which is sad.
