We visited Robin's Nest and the home we went to was very nice, as were the people that we worked with. We personally found that the washroom facilities were not good for my sister, because there was one shared washroom, and she wanted her own washroom. I think they had six or eight residents. The one we toured was being remodeled, so there were no residents there at the time.
