Excellent value and well run since Hallmark Company Management took over in 2023. Excellent and attentive staff. Clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable for the area. Friendly environment. Lots of amenities.

This place is horrible! There is a core group of WOMEN who make living there ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE! If you want a nursing home like environment, it's your kind of place. It's not mine. Toxic. Staff allows this core group to run the place. They give special treatment to their "helpers". I would not suggest living there.
