Dr. Philips is suburban in its nature, has larger grounds, and makes you feel like you’re out in the country. It also has the flexibility of someone coming in for a month or short term just to see if they’re adjusting or decide if they like it. They have pretty good rates for the month stay. They also have accommodations for overnight stays of visitors or family members. The staff was courteous and answered all our questions. They’re pretty much organized and were very helpful.
