My mom is in MiCasa Senior Living. The facility is very clean. Everybody treats the seniors very nicely, which is the biggest thing. The staff members are trying hard, but unfortunately every place needs more staff. They have excellent food and a lot of variety. They have activities, and they are OK. The facility is beautiful. They have a TV, a nice eating room, places where seniors can sit, and a nice outside porch. The rooms are mostly two people in there, but they are separated by like a half wall, which gives them some privacy, so that's pretty good. The bathrooms are very clean. They are a little pricey.

I toured MiCasa Senior Living. It's beautiful. It's impeccably clean. The people are very well taken care of, and the security, it's amazing. No residents can go out because they have a keycode card that they use to prevent patients from leaving on their own. The waiting room for the entrance was appropriate. The patients were very well taken care of. They were mobile and they were exercising in one room. It was a completely different place. I did not taste the food but I could see the kitchen. They were preparing lunch and it smelled, and it was awesome. It was great. It was fantastic. Everything inside the rooms, the floors, the kitchen, the bathroom, and even the bathrooms that the public used to visit was clean and awesome. I felt as if I could have my mother in this facility because of the interaction, and they're hands-on with the residents. They're engaged and they looked alert.

We went to MiCasa Senior Living. It was really nice. It's only two years old, it's basically a new facility. The staff we met was the care coordinator, she wasn't normally the one who does tours. We came on the wrong date, but she took us around. She showed us absolutely everything even though our mother-in-law can't use any facility. She can't go to the dining room, she can't do anything, but those rooms were absolutely nice. Everything was super clean, super spotless. We saw a room that was for two people, and it was kind of like a one bed was on a window view. There was a half wall between the beds, and the other one didn't have a window or anything.

MiCasa Senior Living was a small place. I walked in and the staff gave me a tour. I saw the inside and how's everything there. It's very clean, but they don't have a room for my husband because right now they are full. I love the place, but I cannot put him in there. They have a patio, but I didn't go out. I saw the rooms, and they had two people in the room. They had a wall that divides the room and there were two small beds. They had everything; you don't have to put anything. They have everything for you. Every two rooms, they have one big bathroom for them. It felt nice inside. They make the place very clean and very nice. I love it. They have memory care and assisted living. It's a new place. The staff was very nice. If I have to recommend it to somebody, I will do it. They have activities there.

I visited MiCasa Senior Living. It is a newer facility. The staff was very responsive. The residents were able to walk around through the entire facility because all they have is memory care. I can't attest to the food, but they grow their own herbs there; that's a good thing. They had a lot of amenities, and a lot of activities. I was there when they would do a therapy exercise; I joined in with the group. It was fun.

My mom is at MiCasa Senior Living. I go see her every day and spend a couple of hours with her every day. She's in the assisted living and memory care. It's excellent, brand new, spotless, and the people that I've seen and interacted with -- like I said, I'm there every day -- are excellent. I was invited to eat. I sat with her while she ate, but I was having dinner with my kids, so I did not taste the food. Everyone that I have dealt with, and has dealt with my mom, has been very good. The only thing that I see, and it's not a fair assumption, and only because of my mom's circumstances, I would have liked a little bit more supervision, but I know it's an assisted living, not a nursing home. I go there in the morning and they do their exercises. I know they do a lot more during the day. They garden, but I'm not there, so I really can't judge. They are definitely expensive.
