"It was very, very impressive. They were very friendly and informative. I would have been happy to have my mother stay there, but at this time being that far away from my brother is not in the best interest of my mother. Anybody we met or saw interacting with residents was very upbeat and energetic. There were a lot of residents there up walking around, and some of them were sitting outside on a covered patio. Everybody seemed to be engaged in different activities. I was very impressed. It was the best compared to anything I've seen. The place had been renovated fairly recently, but besides that, being very clean and updated, the personnel were just lovely, upbeat, and energetic."

"My uncle is staying in Forest Trace, and it's great. The staff is very courteous, very friendly, and very helpful. They have two restaurants, the first time he moved in, they sent us sandwiches and juice, it was excellent. They have a beauty salon and barber, they have happy hours, a bar, they have a heated swimming pool, a beautiful theater, a billiard table, and an exercise room. They have hangout places, and a library, they also have two places you can go for dinner, breakfast, and lunch. One is a formal place where you can go dressed up, and the other one is more casual. They have pretty much everything. There's a lot to do, and there's a nice clubhouse if you want a private gathering or a family gathering. They cater pretty much to everything you can think of. They have a nice walking trail, there's a big lake to look at, and they have outside seating. The activities are pretty good. It could be a little cheaper, but it's good for what they charge."

"My mom was at the independent living facility here and then she moved to their assisted living. The facility is very nice. It's excellent. They have lots of activities. They served three meals a day. You have your apartment and if you're in the assisted living, they have nurses that come every couple of hours to check on the patients. It's very nice. They have arts and crafts, bingo, cards, and musical during the day. There are a lot of activities and everybody was very friendly. "

"The Court at Palm Aire is a brand new facility. It is also very appealing and I like it. The dining room and the units are very nice and very appealing too. The staff are not nasty in any way, but very approachable. Everybody seemed to be well taken care of and very happy. They also have entertainment for their residents. "

"It was a nice place. I liked that they have beach access right across. In the back was an Intracoastal and there's a swimming pool. It's a nice area. I liked it there. The lady who gave the tour was very good. What's good in that place also is that you rent, you don't buy an apartment."

"I had my mother-in-law at Park Summit. The place is very nice and they have good food. She was there a year and a half, and the facility is very beautiful. The staff seemed very efficient. She had a private room and it was very nice. "

"We went to here and I actually liked it, and my dad liked it too. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. There were also younger and more active people. The rooms were in nice size. They were lacking in the sense that they didn't have a lot of live daily entertainment. They had activities, but not daily professional performers coming in. My dad was quite interested in that one. The ambience was good. It was warm and welcoming. It smelled good and clean. Everybody was friendly."

"We saw this facility. The place looked very nice, and the food was alright. Physically, the layout was appealing. They had a heated pool which we liked. They had nice evening and afternoon activities. They take residents to FAU, doctor appointments, and airports. We enjoyed meeting a few people there. It seemed to be clean. We did not notice any dust spots. The size of the apartments was adequate. The people who took us around were very cooperative and answered all of our questions. The general of the place was very pleasing."

"I like everything about The Contemporary. They have a very good place. The apartments are wonderful. I love them because it is a nice place. The manager is a wonderful person. He's very knowledgeable. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. I was shown the menu, and it looked very nice. The building is very modern. It only has two stories. It's not a big building but I like it. The atmosphere was very nice. Everybody was nice. Everybody looked happy. The room's layout was perfect."

"While driving through the region, we decided to stop in and visit Stratford Court of Boca Pointe, since we were looking for an assisted living facility where my friend's mother could live. We were impressed that they could accommodate our last-minute visit. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. The tree-lined walkways were peaceful and easy to navigate. The main area seemed clean and well tended with a beautifully designed décor. The furnishings were comfortable and easy to access. The staff was very nice and seemed to treat the residents kindly - many of whom were not ambulatory. They seem to be able to accommodate most senior circumstances with a variety of living options available. We knew my friend's mother would really like the little park area outside, which was close to the main door. We also thought it looked as though the staff could easily manage all of the residents, which is important to us. The fact that the facility is so close to so many cultural entertainment venues makes it easy for the seniors to get out regularly to enjoy them. They also have a variety of the typical activities that assisted living facilities usually have, including card games, socializing, films. reading and other hosted events. The rooms we saw were all nicely decorated - and better looking many we've seen before. The food looked well-prepared, appetizing and also smelled delicious. The dining room were comfortable and spacious, with very nice furnishings and a bright decor. The exercise room could accommodate many and offered well-maintained equipment and regular exercise classes. The book selection, which is important to my friend's mother - was quite nice. Overall, the facility looked like a nice place to live - we were very impressed with it - compared to others we've visited recently. "
