I went to visit. It's a higher class. Very nice pool. Lots of activities as well. They were able to show me the activities, and how they take the residents to the stores. They have movies, card games, and different things to keep the population engaged. They showed me two different apartments and two different styles. I like them. Both were very nice. They came with a small kitchen. I got a good feeling when I visited the residences. The place is good. The staff was good. It was a beautiful establishment.

It is a beautiful place. That's the one we were looking at. The apartment was delightful and very nice. Everything else was nice and clean, and the people were friendly. We saw the apartment and we liked it. We came out thinking about it, but we're not sure about what we're going to do yet. The room is quite large, and it has a front room with a balcony, where you can look over the area. It's a very attractive place. The staff who toured us was very good. She was very intelligent. She explained everything in detail, and we understood everything she meant. The dining area looked lovely. The place itself was extremely clean. All we did was looked at the room, talked about the prices and we left. We didn't do anything because my husband is 100 years old. However, she explained everything to us, and she made it very, very interesting.

My first impression was that it was clean. There weren't people lined up like they were garbage at the front door like at the other facility. We had a chance to look at the apartments. The elevator placement was good. The swimming pool was large and spacious. The people there seemed happy. They seemed to have ample activities. They would provide a bus service to almost every single one of our doctors and had special activities close by for different shopping possibilities. The staff who toured us was OK, but average to me. We had lunch, which was adequate. We would like to go back for dinner to make up our mind for sure.

I found it to be very acceptable. Everything's very good. I didn't meet very many people because of the pandemic, but the lady who took me around was very helpful. The room I saw was very nice. They couldn't serve food. They had a pool. They had everything. Everything was very clean, and they seemed to have all the amenities. They're very caring and want to help you. The people that I saw there walking around seemed happy and cheerful.

It is assisted living and independent living, and it's the best that it could be. They offer three meals a day, have a swimming pool, therapy, and different activities. I have been staying here for over a year and a half.

My mother has been living happily in the Independent Living side of this residence for over 6 years. The facilities are beautiful and pristine. There are many activities -- including speakers, entertainment, mind-stimulating games, exercise classes, art classes, chorus, outings to plays and movies, van transport to the supermarket, flea market and do to appointments, and others. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The food is pretty good. The population on the Independent Living side tends to be elderly people (mostly 80s and 90s) who might need walkers pt occasional aides but who are pretty high functioning cognitively (bridge games and scrabble, book club) for their age. They also have an Assisted Living section and a Memory Unit. I can't imagine a better place for my mom.

It was the best one of all. I liked it more than anything else; the staff, the residents, everything. However, they didn't have any Spanish-speaking staff, and that's important for me. The apartments were gorgeous. Everything was state-of-the-art. The food was top-rated with the best chef. We didn't try the food, but they had a very nice menu. They had a lot of activities. They had entertainment, and also bus services to different areas for the residents so they can get around.

It seemed to be the facility that we like. They had a beautiful dining room, beauty parlor and barber shop. Everything that you could possibly need. We kind of like that place the most. We met some ladies who interviewed us and take us around. I saw a lady that I happen to know that lives there. It seemed to me like one step above anything else we had seen. Very friendly, very nice and people seemed to be very happy and smiling. There’s a shopping plaza right nearby. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and the grounds were beautiful too. The dining room was very pretty. It looked like a very it community.

My mother has lived here for about three weeks now. We ended up liking that one enough that didn't visit any others. She has a one-bedroom, one-bath with a separate living room and a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator.

We visited this facility. It was beautiful facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and more spacious. The residents were very happy and very friendly also. However, we didn't choose it because of the cost.

I haven't moved in yet, but I will be moving in in two weeks. It is assisted and independent. The studio was enormous. I can fit quite a few pieces of furniture in there. There was a little refrigerator, a microwave, and a little stove. Everything was very, very clean. They have all the activities. The one that I am most interested in is the book club. They have a book club that meets once a week, and a book review will come in once a month. They also have a Kindle book club. Those were the greatest things that I really look forward to. Of course, they have exercise after breakfast and all these different activities like bingo, the usual things that they have for assisted living.

It was far superior to anything else we saw. Layout of residence, privacy, amenities, and support staff was great. It feels like you’re living in your own apartment with full concierge services. For Independent Living a differentiator is the multiple more private entrances, which eliminates the need for everyone to enter through a central hall.

My visit was good. They did have an independent living that looked so much nicer. You have to go through that to get to their assisted living which was sort of big disappointment. It should be the other way around because when you see their ILF, you're like, "Oh, this is going to be great," and then you move onto their assisted living, and that's a little depressing. I just didn't really like the rooms as much. They were the probably the same as with their ILF rooms but they didn't seem as well laid out. They were a little darker and they didn't have good light. However, the things that I thought nice about this place, and what I think I like best, were their grounds. They did have nice grounds and the rooms for getting together for large activities seemed very nice.

I'm going to this facility. I have friends there and I like it. The rooms are very nice. I'll have a kitchen, bedroom, and dining room. It's very spacious. It's a five star place, the dining room is very nice, the service is delicious, the food is delicious; everything is nice. They also have very good activities; you name it, and they have it. Then, they have transportation. You could go anywhere and they'll take you there.

Our mother has lived in this assisted living facility for three years. We are so very very happy with the care and the facility. They are so wonderful, everyone who works there seems so happy and very polite to all the residents. We visit our mother, so we do see what goes on with everyone. The nursing staff is exceptional with our mothers care as well as with the other residents. We have to say unfortunately in the assisted living part our loved ones are not easy to handle, they can get very mean and sometimes will go after the nurses. We have seen this a lot, there is not one time we have seen the nurses loose it on them, they handle the situation with love and care, lol better then we could. Not only do they help our mother but often have to help us understand why this is happening to someone we love so very much!!!! We can't think of another place that we would trust our mother the most important person in our lives.

My mother was living alone in a condo with a caregiver before we decided she would move to this community. The fact was that mom was isolated, she did not communicate well with her aide and all of her friends passed away or moved with their children. Since she moved to Independent Living she is socializing, she eats with other people with common interests and she playing cards again. Mom likes the food and has gained a few pounds and she is exercising which she has not done in years. Mom has a 1 bedroom apartment which we furnished beautifully and she feels very safe and comfortable she admits. What more can a family member ask for. I was feeling guilty that I could not care for mom myself, but I work long hours. I never thought she would feel content as she hated giving up her condo on the beach where she lived for so many years, but she has been a trooper and will tell anyone she made the right choice in moving. The people that work in this community are so nice and friendly. What can I say, but thank you!

My mother lived there several years so i am certainly familiar with the facility. It was a great lease for her at that time. My experience with them was great. Now that I'm looking around for a place for myself, they've actually called me. I've talked with them but I'm not ready for it yet. I was exploring for the future. I am considering this facility because it is near my family. My daughter, my brother and my friends live near there so its like a perfect location when I decide that I need that. In here, I wish I had an option in which meals I have to use. The current situation is breakfast and dinner and I'm not someone who wants to get up and go running in the morning. So the option of meals is something that i wish they have differently and not required. When you live in your own home it's very difficult to transition into something but you also have to realize that your not as capable as you were. When my mom had a bad fall and broke her hip she was in the hospital in a matter of minutes. They took care of her and that's whats important. I absolutely recommend this facility.
