We toured. The big thing for us was that it was close to us. The location was good. The location was very clean. The people were very helpful. It would work out very well if we moved one or both of our parents down there. They've got all kinds of activities. They've got medication management, and the ability to have them taken to doctors, and that was important. The staff was great, very informative, and gave us all kinds of information and answered everything we needed.

I liked the physical, the staff, and the cleanliness. Their rooms were the largest of all the four facilities that I visited. It was nice and the other thing that they had, which is important for South Floridians, is the building has its own generator so that in the event of a power failure, not only do the elevators and the public spaces operate, but the rooms also operate, and that's kind of a rare thing. The facility was extremely clean. There were no odors. The common areas were very large. The hallways are wide. It had a pleasant outdoor setting. They have a garden area opposite their dining hall, which has trees and flowers. It had a homey feeling to it, not an institutional feeling.
