Hi, I'm Katie, I work at Milestone Retirement's Support Center. I'm sorry to hear you're having a negative experience at Symphony at the Waterways. You are correct in that Symphony at the Waterways is a luxury community - its highest rate is $7,640 for an apartment with a water view. Prices increase once a year, in January, per industry standard. I've shared your review with the community management team, our Regional VP of Operations, and our company President to further investigate your concerns about call pendants and meal selection. If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to meet with Symphony at the Waterways' Executive Director. Or, if you'd prefer, you can send a private message to Symphony at the Waterways' Facebook page and we will put you in touch with a member of our Executive Leadership Team. Thank you, Katie - Digital Marketing
