I like everything about The Contemporary. They have a very good place. The apartments are wonderful. I love them because it is a nice place. The manager is a wonderful person. He's very knowledgeable. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. I was shown the menu, and it looked very nice. The building is very modern. It only has two stories. It's not a big building but I like it. The atmosphere was very nice. Everybody was nice. Everybody looked happy. The room's layout was perfect.

I like everything about The Contemporary. They have a very good place. The apartments are wonderful. I love them because it is a nice place. The manager is a wonderful person. He's very knowledgeable. Everyone was wonderful and friendly. I was shown the menu, and it looked very nice. The building is very modern. It only has two stories. It's not a big building but I like it. The atmosphere was very nice. Everybody was nice. Everybody looked happy. The room's layout was perfect.

The tour at the Contemporary was very thorough. The place was new, so it's very clean, and not 100 percent inhabited. It felt very open and very airy. I really liked the place. I think it's in a very good location in Miami, very centralized, so I think that's a big plus. The staff during the tour was great. She answered all our questions. She gave us a lot of information. We asked a lot, hurricane preparedness, for instance, and she was good about explaining that and the different options that are available. We saw a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom. There were different floor plans. Some were with a balcony and some were more on the ground level. The one with the patio was really nice because it was a lot bigger than the two-bedroom one. They have a small room for watching movies with a big screen TV. They have a game room. I really like their exercise room. They have some treadmills, some bikes, and some exercise equipment. They offer yoga classes and different exercise classes.
