"My mom is very, very happy in Miami Springs Nursing And Rehab Center (Formerly Fair Havens Center). I'm very pleased with it. Out of all the ones we saw, it was very pleasant. My mom has a large room. She has three meals a day. They're very attentive. They come and help bathe her. There is so much good about this place compared with the other places I had seen. They are in the middle of a renovation. Everyone of the staff is very pleasant. They go out of their way for her. They're very attentive. Right now, they are bringing her meals to her room. The food is excellent. My mom is Spanish, their food has a Spanish flavor to it. The girls that come around to help her bathe and help her get dressed are all very, very pleasant. My mom likes being in her room, in her rocking chair watching TV. She told me they have different activities. They play cards, et cetera, et cetera, but I don't know what they are. They're in the process of upgrading the property. From the outside, it looks old, but from the inside, the rooms that have been done already are nice. She has a new room and it's very beautiful. I wish I had the walk-in closet that she has. So far, she has been there a month, and I don't have any complaints."

"My mother-in-law has been at Harmony Health Center for a week now. Everything seems to be OK, but it's not a brand-new place. They have quite a few nurses on staff, and they are very friendly people. She is getting her rehab daily where they take her on a walker and she's happy that they bathe her. She's in a shared room, but we have no complaints so far. They have other activities that they do aside from the therapies. The food is not gourmet, but it's good."

"I had my mother at the Palace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after surgery for a fractured hip. The care was excellent the c.n.a and the nurses were very attentive and caring. The rehab was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better place. I'm very great full to the all the staff and management. I will recommend the Palace to all my friends."

"My mother was in The Nursing Center at Mercy for about a month. For the most part, the staff was professional, caring, and accommodating. There were some assistants who kind of had an attitude and didn't really want to help as much. I had to call them several times to get them to come take care of her needs, but that was maybe a small percentage of the staff. The place was fine. My mother was happy there and liked the food. It was clean and older, but they're remodeling it now."

"My experience with this facility is a mostly possitive one. I never had any problems with the facility itself. It was always clean and presentable. I also never had any problem with the staff of this facility. The staff were almost always there when my grandmother needed them. I also enjoyed the surrounding area of this facility.If my grandmother ever had a problem with any one of the staff members the facility operators would take care of the issues and replace that staff member with another person who usually ended being someone that my grandmother liked very much. The amenities within this facility were mostly of high quality. I enjoyed the food sometimes when I visited and though it was usually bland, it never really tasted bad at all. If I had any other relatives in need of an assisted living facilities care, I would recomend this place to them Immediately. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience here. "

"I am very happy with Hialeah Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They have 24-hour service, and they attend to my father very well. They have all kinds of therapy, and they also have activities like bingo and domino. The staff is very good and very respectful. They are all licensed, and they treat him with care. "

"The Miami VA Nursing Home is a state of the art facility that provides excellent long-term care to veterans. This relatively new facility is adjacent to the Miami VA Medical Center and Jackson Memorial Hospital in mid Dade County. The staff and management are well trained, dedicated and provide a nice living arrangement for it's residents. An advantage of being next to the Medical Center is that residents can easily access medical care. "

"Jackson Heights Rehabilitation center offered assisted living services, but their main focus is in rehabilitating patients. I was pleased with the services offered there for my father. My father had suffered a stroke, and he needed rehabilitation services to "remember" how to walk. A part of his body was a temporarily paralysed and it affected his movement. Along with the rehabilitation, he had his own room, and 3 meals a day. They monitored his medication, and care. He successfully recovered from there and was taken back home. Jackson Heights is located at NW 14th ave and approximately NW 22 Street. My only negative comment is that I did not like the location of the facility. It was in a bleak area of town. "

" I take a moment this evening to commend the center on its professionalism and caring attention to detail during the days prior and during Hurricane Irma. I am grateful for being afforded the opportunity to accompany my father during this time. This eased any anxiety he may have had for the storm and our safety. While there, I witnessed organizational planning at every step. As such, the center handled resident and evacuee needs with relative ease. "Riverside Care Center is very good so far and I have no complaints. It looks good, and they take good care of people. They have a bunch of activities, but my mother is secluded to the bed. The food is excellent. My mother is with two more people in the room but the room is ample."

"My dad is currently at Jackson Gardens Health & Rehabilitation. The facility is inviting. I checked that the facility is very much outdated. The facility is clean. If your relative does not have somebody visiting them often, I don't find the staff interacting enough with the patients."

"I had my mother at Susanna Wesley for rehab. It was a great experience. The staff was well attentive and very helpful when it came to my mother's care. We are hispanic and it was great that the majority of the facility is hispanic or can speak spanish. When my mother first got to the facility, the Director of Nursing and the Administrator came and greeted both of us and made sure that they were available at all times and if I needed anything that I could contact either of them. The cleanliness was a plus, too! Very happy with this place. "

"My dad is in Hialeah Shores Nursing & Rehab for a week now. The place is clean. The staff is warm. He does mention that they do take a little bit of time to respond when he is requesting help sometimes. Other than that, they're doing everything that they're supposed to do for him. He does participate in rehab activities and exercises, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Dad seems to be happy with the food. He says it's good. I would say they have to improve their response time."
