My mother was in The Nursing Center at Mercy for about a month. For the most part, the staff was professional, caring, and accommodating. There were some assistants who kind of had an attitude and didn't really want to help as much. I had to call them several times to get them to come take care of her needs, but that was maybe a small percentage of the staff. The place was fine. My mother was happy there and liked the food. It was clean and older, but they're remodeling it now.
