"My dad is currently at Jackson Gardens Health & Rehabilitation. The facility is inviting. I checked that the facility is very much outdated. The facility is clean. If your relative does not have somebody visiting them often, I don't find the staff interacting enough with the patients."

"Riverside Care Center is very good so far and I have no complaints. It looks good, and they take good care of people. They have a bunch of activities, but my mother is secluded to the bed. The food is excellent. My mother is with two more people in the room but the room is ample."

"We found Victoria Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for my grandparents. It's pretty good. From the ones that we found, this is the one that we liked the most, it's the one that had the best facilities to combine both of their needs. They're pretty good, pretty decent. The staff is relatively good, everybody can pick up the phone and call you when they need to. The food is good enough. They have a salon, a gym, they have everything. They moved there two months ago."

"The Miami VA Nursing Home is a state of the art facility that provides excellent long-term care to veterans. This relatively new facility is adjacent to the Miami VA Medical Center and Jackson Memorial Hospital in mid Dade County. The staff and management are well trained, dedicated and provide a nice living arrangement for it's residents. An advantage of being next to the Medical Center is that residents can easily access medical care. "

"Jackson Heights Rehabilitation center offered assisted living services, but their main focus is in rehabilitating patients. I was pleased with the services offered there for my father. My father had suffered a stroke, and he needed rehabilitation services to "remember" how to walk. A part of his body was a temporarily paralysed and it affected his movement. Along with the rehabilitation, he had his own room, and 3 meals a day. They monitored his medication, and care. He successfully recovered from there and was taken back home. Jackson Heights is located at NW 14th ave and approximately NW 22 Street. My only negative comment is that I did not like the location of the facility. It was in a bleak area of town. "

"My experience with this facility is a mostly possitive one. I never had any problems with the facility itself. It was always clean and presentable. I also never had any problem with the staff of this facility. The staff were almost always there when my grandmother needed them. I also enjoyed the surrounding area of this facility.If my grandmother ever had a problem with any one of the staff members the facility operators would take care of the issues and replace that staff member with another person who usually ended being someone that my grandmother liked very much. The amenities within this facility were mostly of high quality. I enjoyed the food sometimes when I visited and though it was usually bland, it never really tasted bad at all. If I had any other relatives in need of an assisted living facilities care, I would recomend this place to them Immediately. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience here. "

"My mother was in The Nursing Center at Mercy for about a month. For the most part, the staff was professional, caring, and accommodating. There were some assistants who kind of had an attitude and didn't really want to help as much. I had to call them several times to get them to come take care of her needs, but that was maybe a small percentage of the staff. The place was fine. My mother was happy there and liked the food. It was clean and older, but they're remodeling it now."

"My mom is at Franco Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and she's happy there. It's a decent place. They can accommodate her to go out and get her dialysis three times a week. They have a doctor on staff, some RNs, LPNs, and nurses aides, and they have given her physical therapy. We haven't had any problems with the staff. They seem to be pretty nice. They give her a bath and stuff like that, and the place is clean. I think that we're getting our money's worth because they're taking good care of her."

"Catholic Home Health Services is very nice. The staff is pretty good. My mom complains about the food because she's used to home cooking and once in a while, their food there is cold. They've got numerous activities, and my mom plays Bingo and gets her hair done. My mom's room is nice and clean."

"MY MOTHER IS THERE UNTIL TOMORROW 11/17/18. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND GRATEFUL FOR THE FACILITIES AND QUALITY OF THE TREATMENT (MY MOTHER IS 97 YEARS OLD). THE PERSONNEL IS WONDERFUL AND SHE IS VERY HAPPY."

"The facility is in decent condition. The staff provide great Care. I saw the nurse and CNA come in several times to check on the resident. I work as an agency nurse. The fact that the staff is very welcoming and eager to work ad a team to take care of the residents, makes me want to come back more often. The bathrooms in most rooms are shared. Nevertheless, resident privacy is taken very seriously here. The CNA drew the curtain and closed the door while she cleaned the resident. She used soap, water, and rags. As silly as this sounds, you would be surprised how many people and/or facilities that don't do this. There are TVs in most rooms, and good quality at that. I would recommend this facility. The staff is personable. The only downside is the employee bathroom could use some renovations. The residents area are actually very clean and up to date. O yeah, and each door has a sign that reads... THIS IS MY HOME...PLEASE KNOCK. Residents seem to be number one here. "

"My father stayed at Fountainhead Care Center for around 35 days. It was clean, nicely manicured, nicely painted, and appealing. The staff was very nice, and the food was timely. He ate and got better. He went to the Christmas event, where they gave him gifts and had a pizza party."

"My love one has been in this facility for less than a year. . For the most part the staff is nice but the care is not good. The nursing assistants and LPN need more bedside training overall. My dad has suffered with bedsores swelling overall that should have been detected prior to him being hospitalized. SMH! No communication at this facility between the nursing staff and Management is very poor there. I am currently seeking another facility for my love one. "
