I attribute my mother's death to the extremely poor care she received here. She died from stage 4 bed sores, sepsis, and aspiration pnemonia.

the care at this facility is very poor... The staff never answers the phones .. the faciltiy is in a very high crime area.. The staff is very mean to the patients.. Medicare gives the 5 stars but if you look at the user reviews you see staff helpfulness 1 star , cleanliness 1 star, quality of care 1 star.. overall average 3 stars which i doubt is truthful... My wife did not receive any medicine for 5 days after transferring to his faciltiy from Orlando, fl. Horrible treatment.... Overcrowded..dirty
