I absolutely enjoyed it. They're very caring. They had a guitar player that came in, which was about it for entertainment. "

"I don’t like Watercrest Care Centre. For someone who has a wheelchair, their shared room is not big enough. I cannot do anything in my wheelchair. I can't reach anything. There are some nice and good people, but there are also some that are not so nice and impatient. I'm also not getting the medical treatment here that I am supposed to get. They have different activities for their residents, like bingo, and they also have trips. "

"My father is in Hampton Court. Because of Medicaid issues, we're keeping him there for now. It's a rehab and nursing facility. It looks like a good facility. So far, they take good care of him, and they've been very responsive. They always keep us informed and calls to let us know anything that's going on. It's been OK so far. At this point, because of the pandemic, the activities are very limited. They pretty much monitor him and provide him with all the medical necessary things. He likes the food there. It's a pretty clean facility."

However, after 3 weeks to present my 92 year old aunt with dementia has been at Gulfcrest for rehab after surgery. I must emphasized that the compassion and love for the elderly is displayed by all of the staff. From the head of nursing to the aides who clean the rooms. These people deserve regonition. I am so grateful for each of them. I appreciate their dedication to this very difficult job. My aunt has never sat in a soiled diaper. I go there at all times and I have always been pleased with the level of care."

"My father was in Berkshire Manor. The staff was great. They were great. They had a lockdown facility for people with Alzheimer's, and my father had Alzheimer's, so it was good for me. It was excellent. Their rooms were excellent. There were two, sometimes three, to a room, but most of the time, it was very clean. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. They had excellent food. Their dining was not elegant, but it was big and clean. When you're unable to get the food, they will always send a CNA for you. With regards to activities, they had everything for the people in the closed-down unit. "

"My love one has been in this facility for less than a year. . For the most part the staff is nice but the care is not good. The nursing assistants and LPN need more bedside training overall. My dad has suffered with bedsores swelling overall that should have been detected prior to him being hospitalized. SMH! No communication at this facility between the nursing staff and Management is very poor there. I am currently seeking another facility for my love one. "

"My father stayed at Fountainhead Care Center for around 35 days. It was clean, nicely manicured, nicely painted, and appealing. The staff was very nice, and the food was timely. He ate and got better. He went to the Christmas event, where they gave him gifts and had a pizza party."

I would definitely recommend this place to someone in my family and other friends seeking to be taken care of and provided for. I think the ameinities are wonderful for all the residents seeking to remain active and keep themselves occupied. The staff is courteous and respectful and wonderful. I would hardly change a single thing about the place at all. "

"Alexander Nininger is very nice. I would love to send people to them because in trying to find a place everyone wanted all the social security money in addition to more money like 500 to $1000. This place allows dad to keep a $105 from his social security which is better than nothing. They provide everything, the service is outstanding and it’s brand new. The people, the nurses are always smiling, and always available. My dad has had no issues there and I can sleep at night. The food is delicious. It’s all homemade. The activities director there is excellent, he loves his job. The other night dad called me and said hey I’m at a restaurant. They do take them on field trips, they took him to games and they have great activities available. They do ice cream every Sundays for the families as well. I can’t say enough good about them. It’s the place I could have ever dreamed of putting my father. "
