My mom is in the Hampton Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The staff is very caring, and the food is good. They keep the room very clean. She's doing physical therapy there. She's shown good improvement because of the physical therapy there. The staff has always answered our questions, and they're excellent at getting back. The place is very well-run. They also have a garden.

I am daughter of a current resident that is there due to a fracture this means she is only there for therapy but we have encounter many issues. Patient request pain killers or ice for the pain we are still waiting for it also if you request to change or clean her they get upset so I ask who do we look to get help? We just want to take my mom home and take care of her. They need to realize that we are humans in need that we are not here for vacation

My father is in Hampton Court. Because of Medicaid issues, we're keeping him there for now. It's a rehab and nursing facility. It looks like a good facility. So far, they take good care of him, and they've been very responsive. They always keep us informed and calls to let us know anything that's going on. It's been OK so far. At this point, because of the pandemic, the activities are very limited. They pretty much monitor him and provide him with all the medical necessary things. He likes the food there. It's a pretty clean facility.

It is a nice enough looking facility although their ability to care for someone as difficult as my greatgrandmother is a different story. The location is clean and the staff is kind. However as soon as a patient has the slightest medical change they whisk them back to the hospital. While I understand their concerns in this sue-happy society. It is a big frustrating and upsetting. She has since been moved to another location however that is simply because her needs changed.

My father is at Hampton Court, which is a nursing home that I have heard of before. They're very good and they're doing an excellent job. They take care of my father better than I would.
