"St. Anne's Nursing Center is great and very clean. Staff is very good, attentive, kind and patient to my mother. They have much more patience than I do. The facility has two different sides: one for physical rehab and the other is a nursing home. I just don't know if they have private rooms or not. "

"Coral Reef Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was recommended by one of the social workers at the hospital. I like the attention they give to the residents, and they're very caring and very loving. They seem to care for their residents. They serve my mom smashed food, and she eats well. They supply her all the meals and snacks along the way. They have everything they need there. They have the therapy section, a courtyard, several dining rooms, and all the equipment. It is almost two blocks away from the hospital and less than a half away from a main road, where there's all kinds of restaurants and stuff."

"GREAT place. I had to place my mother in a nursing home do to her Dementia, and I could not have chosen a better place. She was there almost two years. Mom was always clean and well taken care of, which was very important for me. Place needs a little TLC on the outside, but inside is very clean. Rooms are shared and are also very clean and are kept that way. Place has a pleasant smell, not like other places I have visited. Food was ok at first, but now it is very good. The staff is nice and friendly and try to always help you in any way. Nurses always listened to my concerns and communicated to doctors well, no problems or issues there. They do various activities thru out the week which patients and residents enjoy. Overall, its a very good place. "

"I had my mother at the Palace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after surgery for a fractured hip. The care was excellent the c.n.a and the nurses were very attentive and caring. The rehab was amazing. I couldn't ask for a better place. I'm very great full to the all the staff and management. I will recommend the Palace to all my friends."

"The staff at Heartland Health Care Center Kendall was friendly, but the place did not look as good as the other places I've seen. The room was like a small apartment with one bedroom, a small living room, a kitchen with just a refrigerator because the meals are provided, and a huge bathroom. They provide the TV and everything was carpeted and furnished. You have a choice to use your own furniture or use theirs, but theirs was pretty good. "

"As a physician myself I have to say that they have excelent nurses, specially Atlantic and Francisco. Very dedicated to all the patients, they treated my mother with kindness and professionalism, loving staff. The doctors are always available, the social workers are always trying to help the patient and the family. great therapy, the diet is great, and the place itself looks like a 5 star hotel. "

"West Gables Health Care Center is centrally located, so it's not too far away. The people are nice and they offer the services that my mom needs. They follow up often. I get a lot of calls in terms of my mom's progress and treatment. So, they keep me informed. They have a recreational hour where they take the residents to a room for a gathering so they can talk and get to know other residents. They offer different activities for holidays and she says the food is fine."

"My mother was at Palmetto Subacute Care Center for rehab for a month and a half, and it was very good. We were very happy and very pleased with the staff and all the help. They were very good. The food was very good. There's a variety that's tasty and healthy as well. They had activities in the afternoon and the activity director was excellent, very caring, very loving, and very patient. They had a lot of music and put on videos of old songs. They had painting, arts and crafts, and bingo."

"My mother was in The Nursing Center at Mercy for about a month. For the most part, the staff was professional, caring, and accommodating. There were some assistants who kind of had an attitude and didn't really want to help as much. I had to call them several times to get them to come take care of her needs, but that was maybe a small percentage of the staff. The place was fine. My mother was happy there and liked the food. It was clean and older, but they're remodeling it now."

"My experience with this facility is a mostly possitive one. I never had any problems with the facility itself. It was always clean and presentable. I also never had any problem with the staff of this facility. The staff were almost always there when my grandmother needed them. I also enjoyed the surrounding area of this facility.If my grandmother ever had a problem with any one of the staff members the facility operators would take care of the issues and replace that staff member with another person who usually ended being someone that my grandmother liked very much. The amenities within this facility were mostly of high quality. I enjoyed the food sometimes when I visited and though it was usually bland, it never really tasted bad at all. If I had any other relatives in need of an assisted living facilities care, I would recomend this place to them Immediately. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience here. "

"My sister stayed in Victoria Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for rehab, and that experience, I'd have to say, was more like a ten. I've never seen anything since years before when my father was in a nursing home. They were very busy there. The place was spotless. She had a private room, and it was beautiful. The staff who took care of her individually was wonderful, and the two girls that took care of her, I can't say enough about them either. It was a different experience altogether. They have all kinds of activities, and she would go down there for rehab. Whether she wanted to go or not, she needed to participate, so they took her down, and she did well there. Their food was good, and the contact, I had many people who helped me walk her through there."
