I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Purdue Medical Center Nursing Home for the wonderful care and support my husband received during his rehabilitation. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The CNAs and nurses went above and beyond to ensure my husband was comfortable and well taken care of throughout his stay. Their dedication and compassion were truly exceptional, and they worked tirelessly to help my husband regain his strength and mobility. Thanks to their expertise and unwavering support, he is now back on his feet, and we are incredibly grateful for the difference they made in his recovery. This has been an unforgettable experience, and I cannot thank the entire team at Purdue Medical Center enough for their outstanding care. You made a challenging time much easier for us, and we are forever grateful.

Staff doesn't care to change patients when they ask . Leave patients in room alone for hours . If you have the option dont put your loved one here

My husband was at Jackson Perdue for three years. The rehab facility was very outdated, and the staff didn’t seem to follow through on assistance with whatever concerns that I had. You have to go through a chain of command in any department, and it was always trouble. The rooms were very dated, dark, and depressing.

Good place to stay if you are healthy. Awful place to die. My uncle became non-responsive on Saturday morning. He never received any type of hydration through Sunday night when he died, eventhough we asked for it. Also, the physician never even came to visit him.
