I was at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Miami. It was super clean and super new. I'm going to give superlative ratings on Encompass. The best rehab I've ever done. I was very impressed with their staff. Their food was marvelous. They're very accommodating and very attentive. They gave superlative service. They're very competent and seemed to be well trained and well-coached. I was very impressed. They spent so much time on therapy, I didn't really have time for activities and I like that because I wanted to be coached into better health and they really concentrated on it. They had a wonderful equipped facility. I've never seen one so well equipped and managed. They had equipment I've never seen before. They're very good about applying it to my problem. They're just superlative in every respect. I was fully covered by insurance, but whatever they're charging, they're worth it. They're the best I've ever seen.

Worst rehab ever. This place is pitiful. There are a handful of good therapists. However, most will pick you up late and you will be doubled up with other patients frequently. There are three hours of therapy daily, five days a week. Then, you are totally stuck in bed on weekends. No rec, music, art, cooking, or group programs. You don't even get to stand up is you're bed bound! And good luck getting a shower daily if you need help! The place is under staffed, top heavy of management, and no one will give a cap about your loved ones really. They are left alone for the most part at a table or in a chair half asleep looking as if they're working on an exercise while they're eating in the office or off getting another patient. Find another option.

They were very good. They nurses were very well trained and skilled. They were good to my brother, kind, patient and caring. They were responsive to his needs.
