MY MOTHER IS THERE UNTIL TOMORROW 11/17/18. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND GRATEFUL FOR THE FACILITIES AND QUALITY OF THE TREATMENT (MY MOTHER IS 97 YEARS OLD). THE PERSONNEL IS WONDERFUL AND SHE IS VERY HAPPY.

This facility SUCKS! They have one star only because it’s required they deserve a 0. The rooms and the entire facility are filthy. The staff is clueless. My mom was there for a total of 28 hours, apparently enough time for them to infect her wound; we had to rush her back to the hospital to address the infection. DO NOT take your loved one there. The facility as a whole is incompetent.

Floridean Nursing Home was very convenient for my sister and for me. I visited the place, it looked OK, and it is close to where I live. It looked very clean. The people looked like they're well cared for. I had an opportunity to see and talk to some of the residents, and they were quite satisfied. One of the ladies there gave us a tour of the different area of the place. I was impressed with the attention of the personnel to the visitors and patients. It looked like a very comfortable place for the residents there. I had the opportunity to talk briefly to two or three of them, and they were quite happy to be there. The rooms have two beds, and there is a bathroom in each room. They have single-bedrooms, but the lady who was giving us the tour told us they were for private patients who paid a significant amount of money for those rooms, and they looked excellent. In general, it looked clean, and the attention to the residents was good, according to what I saw. They have a very roomy dining room with three or four chairs per table. It's very comfortable. They have a courtyard and a gym for the people who need rehabilitation. The staff was very polite and very knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions. She explained to me how they function. I was very satisfied with the place. It has high ceilings and wide halls in the different wings of the building. From the outside, it looked like an old building. It is obvious they have maintained that building very well. It is clean and very spacious everywhere.

I believe the nursing home is a top of the line living facility. From what I see when I visit, it is always clean and not crowded. One thing that I find a negative is the tight living areas. The rooms are so small. Its hard to have a space for my wife and kids to sit if we go to her grandmothers room. I like the staff that works there. They are so friendly and helpful with any questions we may have. They also seem to take good care of my wife's grandmother because she never has a complaint about them. The general area the nursing home is located in is city so it can get busy throughout the day. The food seems to be generic, which is good for elderly people. Overall, I would say that the Floridean Nursing & Rehabilitation Center gets an 'A' for its services and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nursing home.
