Understaffed. Not accommodating to the needs of residents when bells are going off. Everyone wants to improve but do nothing to show improvement. Was not satisfied by the treatment or care of my loved one and would never recommend anyone to go or be sent there. All we got was push back and excuses and when my loved one needed help no one saw her dying in the dining room. They thought looking “grey” was normal. They didn’t want to accommodate for dietary concerns we had and when our loved one needing help toileting they expected us to do it.

My husband was at Pendelton for about 6 weeks and it was the worst experience! Physical therapy dept was the only reason I have any stars for rating! The nursing staff needs to go back to school! They didn't swab the skin prior to an injection of insulin! This is common practice and the nurses ignore common health practices! My husband was there recovering from a broken leg that required surgery! They did not check his leg under the cam boot and he ended up with pressure sores and had to have his leg amputated! Worse facility for skilled nursing care! Stay away from this place!
