"My aunt moved into Crestwood Nursing & Rehabilitation. She's doing some rehab, and she's got oxygen. She has trouble getting to the bathroom, so they have to help with that. The staff members have been very nice so far. The facility is clean. It's a bit older, but I have no complaints about the way it's kept. My aunt is happy with the food. Her room is fairly small, but she doesn't need a lot of room. We brought a whole bunch of stuff from her house, so she's happy about that."

"My mother is a resident of Country Gardens Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. It stinks. The smells there are overwhelming. Some staff members are wonderful, and others are not. It wouldn't be fair of me to say that they're all terrible, but one problem that they have is that the residents are not being supervised. Sometimes they go completely unsupervised for prolonged periods of time."

"Clifton nursing home is a very clean and efficient work space with an overall pleasant atmosphere to be in. Employees take their job's very seriously and are all about helping give the residents the best quality of living they can. Residents seemed happy or content with the home. From personal experience, I know an employee, it is a very structured working environment and really is all about helping the elderly. "

"This is the first retirement community i have ever delt with. My father started falling alot and hurting himself not intentional but it was happening all to often. I spoke with kelly on the phone and she was extremely nice and caring. so we went for a tour of the facility. The facility was nice and clean but the lighting was a little dim for my liking i guess its to not bother the seniors eyes so much and it was slightly warmer than usual in there when i asked about ti they said 90 percent of there residents are constantly cold. I think this was awesome on there part the nurses work in a heated environment even in the summer. They always smiled and after talking to a few other residents we decided this would be his new home. I wouldnt just send my father anywhere and he has truly loved it. Plus he is smiling more now and seems more outgoing i couldnt recommend them any higher. "

"Mom was treated good but staff is controlled by mean and rude director woman on staff in 2025 without saying name. She has no respect for your time, and doesn't even respond to your questions or calls. She makes people feel very uncomfortable mostly family members, trying to help their loved one, and managed to get my mom very upset upon leaving."

"My Mom has been at Kimwell for over 3 years and the care has been outstanding. Quality care givers work there. People who realize that their work is a calling not a job. My wife and I looked and toured many places before deciding on Kimwell. We never looked at the fancy chandeliers at many places but took the time to talk to many of the staff. Without a doubt, Kimwell came in first and we are extremely happy and secure in our choice. "

"Orchard View Manor in East Providence, RI was one of the best nursing homes I have ever been to. The staff made my relative feel right at home. He never went without anything. The food there wasn't bad at all surprisingly not owing up to its hospital rumors. The staff always was friendly with my relative never snappy or rude. I have seen a lot of nursing homes around here and it seems as though there staff was just pulled from the mud, but this staff was well trained, when we had a question they always knew the answer. Any time he rang they were always right there with a smile. We rarely experienced the guilty feeling that accompanies you when you have to admit a family member into a nursing home, there was always activities for him to do no matter if there was a holiday or if it was a Saturday. The facility was always clean, without those weird smells that I have experienced in some other facilities. Any time he was asked how he liked the staff he would always gush about them. The staff was always kind and empathetic up until the very end. We enjoyed the company from the staff and would recommend them to anyone. If we had to make the decision all over again it would definitely be Orchard View Nursing Home in East Providence RI all over again. They turned a usually unpleasant experience into something a little more comforting. "

"Specifically Unit 4 had been a wonderful and caring experience! Both my sister and my mother were cared for there. The nurses and aides are caring, compassionate and friendly. I can't say enough GOOD about them! I took care of both my mom and sister before they had to go into the nursing home, but when it was time for Hospice, they helped me out with that, too. And the two different Hospice companies/teams were all wonderful both to my sister and my mother as well as the family members. "

"Evergreen House was extremely well kept. They have an A+ rating. The rooms were great and there are always a lot of staff around. They have a lot of activities going on. I had rehab for my knee as an outpatient. The outpatient rehab was fantastic, the best that I've ever had in any facility. The rooms were bright, clean and neat. They have individual televisions. They had a listing on the wall showing how many CNAs and how many RNs and how many orderlies were on duty at all times. The dining room is very pleasant, bright, and the food was good and always red hot. The overall décor of the place looked like it had been redecorated lately. They had bingos, Wii, movies, there's always a party going on for something, whether it be Valentine's Day or St. Patrick's Day where the residents can be involved in. They go for walks, for trips, and they have a little mini bus that takes them to the drugstore and other places. The grounds are immaculate. The parking is very convenient. Everything is very well organized. "

"The Scandinavian Home is a wonderfull facility with very minor faults. My aunt rosealina says she has a wonderfull time there. She has very little complaints. She loves it there and the only problem she has is that it can get a little draft and sometimes there isnt enough seats or chairs but very minor things. The staff is freindly she says that out of the two places shes been to this is the better. Shes taken care of nicely and she thinks that the place looks very nice. In addition to lack of seating at times and temprature problems , it does get a bit loud with some of the other people there some of they can be very loud especially in the break room. But its nothing too bad. All in all the place is very nice and she enjoys her time there! "

"Bayview Rehabilitation at Scalabrini is a beautiful community. It's very clean. There are wild animals like deer that roam around and turkeys. It is very peaceful and very nice. My mother is in a double room, so it's for two people, and it's pretty big. There's a chance for privacy, and the bathroom is nice. The nursing staff and the CNAs that take care of my mom are very, very good, caring people. They have a mass that anyone can go to, they have a priest that comes around, they have bingo, they have a hairdresser and a hair salon. She eats in her room, and the food is OK."
