This is the first retirement community i have ever delt with. My father started falling alot and hurting himself not intentional but it was happening all to often. I spoke with kelly on the phone and she was extremely nice and caring. so we went for a tour of the facility. The facility was nice and clean but the lighting was a little dim for my liking i guess its to not bother the seniors eyes so much and it was slightly warmer than usual in there when i asked about ti they said 90 percent of there residents are constantly cold. I think this was awesome on there part the nurses work in a heated environment even in the summer. They always smiled and after talking to a few other residents we decided this would be his new home. I wouldnt just send my father anywhere and he has truly loved it. Plus he is smiling more now and seems more outgoing i couldnt recommend them any higher.
