"The facility is very clean; decorations and colors are changed every three months. My grandmother seems very happy with both the staff and amenities. The food seems to be of a pretty good quality and dishes are changed enough that she doesn't notice much repetition. I have not had any personal contact with the staff, but any issues that have arisen with her care or comfort appear to be addressed promptly. The roommate whom was assigned to her is nice. I haven't had any negative experience with this facility, which is all we can really ask for with her care. "

"My aunt moved into Crestwood Nursing & Rehabilitation. She's doing some rehab, and she's got oxygen. She has trouble getting to the bathroom, so they have to help with that. The staff members have been very nice so far. The facility is clean. It's a bit older, but I have no complaints about the way it's kept. My aunt is happy with the food. Her room is fairly small, but she doesn't need a lot of room. We brought a whole bunch of stuff from her house, so she's happy about that."

"My mother is a resident of Country Gardens Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. It stinks. The smells there are overwhelming. Some staff members are wonderful, and others are not. It wouldn't be fair of me to say that they're all terrible, but one problem that they have is that the residents are not being supervised. Sometimes they go completely unsupervised for prolonged periods of time."

"This is the first retirement community i have ever delt with. My father started falling alot and hurting himself not intentional but it was happening all to often. I spoke with kelly on the phone and she was extremely nice and caring. so we went for a tour of the facility. The facility was nice and clean but the lighting was a little dim for my liking i guess its to not bother the seniors eyes so much and it was slightly warmer than usual in there when i asked about ti they said 90 percent of there residents are constantly cold. I think this was awesome on there part the nurses work in a heated environment even in the summer. They always smiled and after talking to a few other residents we decided this would be his new home. I wouldnt just send my father anywhere and he has truly loved it. Plus he is smiling more now and seems more outgoing i couldnt recommend them any higher. "

"My Mom has been at Kimwell for over 3 years and the care has been outstanding. Quality care givers work there. People who realize that their work is a calling not a job. My wife and I looked and toured many places before deciding on Kimwell. We never looked at the fancy chandeliers at many places but took the time to talk to many of the staff. Without a doubt, Kimwell came in first and we are extremely happy and secure in our choice. "

"Mom was treated good but staff is controlled by mean and rude director woman on staff in 2025 without saying name. She has no respect for your time, and doesn't even respond to your questions or calls. She makes people feel very uncomfortable mostly family members, trying to help their loved one, and managed to get my mom very upset upon leaving."

"I liked Scalabrini Villa because they had daily mass in their chapel. It was a good fit for my aunt because she is a very religious lady. The nuns lived on the property and they strolled through with the patients. The grounds and everything were beautiful. It was clean. Everybody was wonderful. She had vision problems, and I don't see her being participative at all in puzzles and in other activities that I saw in other places. However, I thought they had a smell. All the nursing homes that I visited had that, and I don't know how they could fix that. "

"First and foremost, I would like to thank Stephanie for everything ,without her I would not have had the opportunity to become a resident and have the rehab that I more than needed with the limited time the insurance company would pay for .They worked miracles. My therapist now at home are amazed at the progress I made .My CNA’s and nurses went over and above, also other staff that filled in from other parts of the building as well .There are not words enough to express my appreciation. "My dad spent the last year of his life at Brentwood Nursing Home. We were so lucky to be able to place him in a care facility that not only took care of his physical needs but also his emotional needs. He was kept clean, safe and comfortable. He was hugged, talked to with respect and all of his needs were met with compassion. Even though my dad was 92 and had dementia he was still such a big part of our family. Brentwood was so kind to all of our family members, and at times there were many of us there. The food that Brentwood serves it's residents is outstanding and the cook would make a special breakfast for my dad every morning. He loved that and it made him feel special. Brentwood does a lot of things like that for their residents. I am forever grateful for their kind, professional and compassionate staff. I might add that it was such a pleasure to visit my dad at their facility, especially in the summer, overlooking Narragansett Bay, on the big patio and covered porch surrounded by beautiful flowers. It was easy to spend an entire afternoon sitting with him outside. Their frequent parties for residents and families were outstanding including one honoring their resident veterans. My dad was lucky enough to be part of that celebration and it was incredible. I just can't say enough about this nursing home. They do it right. "
