My mother is a resident of Country Gardens Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. It stinks. The smells there are overwhelming. Some staff members are wonderful, and others are not. It wouldn't be fair of me to say that they're all terrible, but one problem that they have is that the residents are not being supervised. Sometimes they go completely unsupervised for prolonged periods of time.
