I toured Solstice Senior Living at Groton. I thought it was a beautiful facility. The staff who waited on me were very professional and personable. The amenities were very nice. There was a washer and dryer unit on each floor, which was very convenient. It offers a variety of activities for its residents. The only thing I saw that I knew would be difficult for me was the studio apartment, because I just thought the room was so tiny. Just thinking about how to set up a bed and a sitting area was overwhelming. It's possible, but it would probably take some getting used to, depending on the size of the home you came from. It's beautiful outside, too, and has nice sitting areas. It features a beautiful dining area, a cafe, and a space where you can sit with your family if you want to have a family gathering. You could have a smaller place that was very, very nice. They get to go off, I call it going off campus. I always refer to them as field trips because I go to the senior center here. The facility was very clean. It looked very well taken care of, so no complaints at all.

Solstice Senior Living at Groton is nice. However, the one-bedrooms are small, and my brother will never fit into that. Besides that, the biggest problem is they don't have the services he needs. It is very clean, and it seems very well managed. They have lots of activities and things for the seniors. The food and cleaning are included in the price, but laundry isn't. It seems like they put a lot of time and attention into providing what the seniors might want. So if you don't need a big apartment, then it would be perfect. The staff members were excellent. Seniors were walking all over the place, and they all stopped and said hi to us. Everybody was very friendly.

Solstice Senior Living at Groton was OK. The rooms were small. They were more apartment-looking. There was a nice community center downstairs. It seemed to be nice. There seemed to be a lot of staff. I don't think the outside was anything to rave about. There's not a lot of community area outside that we noticed. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We toured Solstice Senior Living at Groton. I thought it was great. I'm excited. It's like a vacation to me. The apartments were a little small. I didn't look at a two-bedroom, but I'm considering it. I liked that everything was included. You could eat there. The staff was fantastic. She was very nice. I didn't see much of anything really going on except they're getting ready for the cookout. They showed us that they had a pool and a library. They showed us different rooms where they had exercised earlier in the morning. The facility was very nice and clean, and I'm impressed.

We toured Solstice Senior Living at Groton. Every morning, they have different group exercises and walks. They provide transportation to the grocery store and have a board that lists all the activities of the day. I think that's great. The staff was fantastic. We went into the first studio, and it was very small. We also visited the other studio, and it was perfect.

The tour I had with Solstice Senior Living at Groton went very well. I liked the facilities. They looked very comforting. They have a food service where you have three meals a day. They have activities. They have transportation to take you to a doctor if need be. So, they have facilities that are needed. The woman who took me on a tour was very energetic and knowledgeable of the facility. So, we appreciate it.

Solstice Senior Living at Groton was the first one we had looked at, but it met our needs. You don't have to shovel snow or cut grass or anything like that, so I'm sure my husband was very pleased with it. They have washing machines, so you don't have to go out of the building to do it. The room is kind of small. We just looked at a one-bedroom, but we will probably start looking at two bedrooms because the square foot is bigger in the two-bedroom. All in all, it was nice, and it was adequate. The staff seemed very nice, and everything was very convenient. We liked what we saw. They seemed very clean, too. The staff was very nice. The lady that waited on us was very knowledgeable and informative of what was going on in their community. The other thing is they have a lot of activities. We have a car, but they have bus rides to different places, so that's convenient. And then they have entertainment and exercise. They had other activities where you could exercise.

Solstice Senior Living at Groton is convenient for me. It has certain things that I'm looking for, but the only thing that I need is just a little bit more living space (a little bit more than 600 feet). I was escorted around in the living quarters as well as near the kitchen and some of the facilities. The staff during the tour was very knowledgeable. When I asked her a question, she answered satisfactorily. From what I saw, everything was clean and in order accordingly. They have a pool table and a sitting area where one can read in quiet, or if you want to do that up in your room, that's fine. It seems to be fairly quiet upstairs. Everything was clean.
