IT TOOK A WHILE UNTIL I GOT AN APARTMENT IN GRANDON VILLAGE, SAN MARCOS. FOR THREE WEEKS I LIVE IN MY NEW HOME AND IT IS A GRAT PLEASURE TO BE HERE..EVERY EVENING I AM ENJOYING A BEAUTIFUL SUNSET THAT I SEE FROM MY BALCONY. This complex is awesome!!! The manager, Kathryn is THE BEST!!! When I was in sales, I called on apartment managers and property managers all over San Diego County. I never met a more efficient and friendly manager. She is compassionate and caring about the residents -- a rare trait. There are a variety of activities offered with a beautiful pool (water aerobics,) community rooms, piano, billiards table, lending library, offering weekly movies, book club, sing-alongs, clean laundry rooms with new washers and dryers, well-lighted hallways and grounds, underground, secure parking plus the BEST maintenance staff ever!!! I can't imagine a better Senior Complex anywhere ~ I love it here!!!!!!!!! The owners/ investors should be very proud of this facility. Thanks, Kathryne??????

I have lived at Grandon Village for three years. I LOVE it here. I feel so safe and have met a lot of nice people. Kathryne, Matt and Nati keep this residence in great order. I am proud to have anyone visit me. The apartments are spacious and the buildings are well maintained and clean. Kathryne has an open door policy. I would certainly recommend this facility to others. In addition, we have activities that are an extra plus for being here. I hope you consider this apartment for your next home.

I visited Grandon, and I really liked it. It had underground parking so that your car was not on the street. I was interested in the 2-bedroom; there is 1-bathroom, and the kitchenette was very adequate. It was nice. It was very clean and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and nice.

Delighted to share my great experience moving into Grandon Village Apartments 6 months ago from the application process to moving in. The entire complex is well maintained & manged and provides a very safe environment. The tenants I have met are just plain wonderful and we all feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful and peaceful haven.
