I toured Arroyo Green Apartments. It was newer. It was secure. It was clean. It was conveniently in a more vibrant area. A private hospital was like a three-minute walk. The whole atmosphere, just the surroundings, location, amenities, and so forth, just make it very nice for a senior person. The only thing about it was I couldn't afford to rent. The staff was very nice.
