"My mother-in-law moved into Loomis Home Care. So far, the people, the owners, and the staff, the beautiful facility, we're very happy with the area that she's in. I have not personally been inside because of COVID, but my husband did go inside, and he was fine with the interior. The interior of the place, room, back patio facilities, and by the small lake was nice and pleasant. We're very happy with where she's at. They do have activities. We're very happy with the activities that are available to her. They have dancing, singing that we know of, some arts, crafts or activities. I'm not there with her when she does the activities, but she seems to be very happy. We've heard that the food is good from my brother-in-law's friend who has his mother also at the facility. We're very happy with everything. We're not disappointed, or nothing's been negative, so we're fine."

"I chose Alder Grove Senior Living for my mom. It's very nice, the staff members are very helpful, and the place is clean and organized. They do activities with the residents after dinner time. It's a house, and they have a dining room, a kitchen, and a living room. Her room was nice, it's just basic, and not a fancy place. The thing that's most important for me are the staff members, and the staff here is very good."

"My mom loved Creekside! This was her home for 6 years and the compassion, care and love given to her was by far above and beyond what I experienced in other facilities. Her room was spacious, she had her own toilet and sink and showers were provided in a separate room to allow for safe showering. She often said how much she liked her room and shower. The staff would scrub her head and dry her toes just like she wanted! Before COVID there were outside guests brought in for entertainment and now one of the staff provide daily opportunities for the residents to play games if they choose. Creekside provides home cooked food every day and my mom loved the personal care she got. The staff knew she loved green hot tea and fresh fruits and vegetables so she got them. The gardens provided my mom with enjoyment every day. Until the last year she was able to walk around the house everyday when the weather was good and after being confined to a wheelchair most of the time, a staff member would take her for a ride so she could see the flowers. For us, it was a perfect place for mom and when she passed the staff were our earth angels, providing us with tender care."

"Auburn Ravine Terrace was an older place, but it was quite nice. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. They had a garden area and they provide transportation for their residents. The staff was great, too."

"My mother has lived in the Villa for two months now. We've been very impressed by them. The administrator has been extremely helpful, on top of things, and very organized. The staff is very professional, caring, and friendly. They bring in somebody weekly to play music, have pet therapy, do art, and had a holiday party for residents and family members. "

"We've already placed mom in Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln three weeks ago. So far, it's been really good. She said the food is really good. They have a patio, the rooms are very nice, the building is very new, and the place is only four years old. It's very clean as well. It has a clean smell to it and doesn't have any kind of an odor, like a lot of places do. The rooms are nice. They're spacious and they're kept clean. They're bigger than some of the other rooms I've seen in other facilities. The bathrooms are very large and the showers have a seat built in so you don't have to bring your own shower chair. They play bingo, they color, and they watch movies together. They have a large area where they serve food and they can all mingle while they're eating. They have very good procedures for COVID, where they've had all the residents and staff vaccinated. They don't have to keep people in their rooms and quarantine them. They can all be around each other. They take them out for drives as well. The only drawback I have is that we live twenty fours miles away. But it was worth it to us as a family to put our relative in there as long as they take care of her properly. We would make the distance work. The most important thing is her care."

"AAR Quality Senior Living is a residential care facility and the layout is spacious. The folks that work there have always been very communicative and responsive to my inquiries, very friendly, and very helpful. My mom has dementia, so they've been able to distract and divert her when she's disoriented and confused. Specific activities have been limited due to COVID restrictions, but they offer puzzles, games, and music. The food is very good because she has gained ten pounds. I've not been able to get in there other than the first time when I did a virtual tour and when I took her there. It's very expensive for care, but this is one of the most affordable options in the area."

"My mother was a resident at Villa Del Rey in there memory care area from May 2015 until her passing in Oct. 2015. The care she received was exceptional. The staff at Villa Del Rey became like family to my mother, brother and I. Everyone there, med techs, caregivers, activities assistant, house keeping, laundry aid, kitchen staff, receptionist and all the office staff were wonderful to my mom and always took the time to talk to the residents and help them in anyway needed. I highly recommend Villa Del Rey. "

"I have an aunt at who lived here for about a year. She needed a lot of assistance physically and some behavioral issues. After we put her here they gave her extra activities and got her the physical therapy needed to gain back some indepednece and with that her attitude improved and she was happy at the facility. She made friends and enjoyed the home cooked meals. During Christmas and Thanksgiving the familys are invited to an amazing dinner. During Chritmas they also have gifts for all the residents under the tree. "
