I like the little town of Grass Valley. It's a cute little town, which is why we stopped and visited Grass Valley Senior Apartments. This place was very clean and very well-kept. I was there on a weekend, so I didn't really get to talk to people except the residents. They all had very good comments about the place.

I live in Grass Valley Senior apts and the landlord houses family who does whatever they want. Excessive noise being made by the landlords family is a big issue especially at night. I was forced to complain to hud about the security doors not closing properly as the landlord refused to fix them. Terrible management imo.
