My friend moved to Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln. I find them to be very caring about their residents. I have only good things to say about them. My friend has a lovely room and I like that. It's more spacious than some of the other places we have seen. I also especially like the attitude of the caregivers. They are kind to the people, attentive, and very responsive to people who come in to visit, like myself. It's just excellent. I noticed that they have many people coming in to help entertain the residents. They have constant videos and things like that running to help stimulate their minds. They have a lovely outdoor area where people can walk in, garden in, and all of that type of thing. They also take them out for walks all the time, which is outstanding.

My husband is in Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln. The food was delicious. It's kind of a restaurant-style, too, and we like that. If he doesn't want what's being served, he can order off the menu. The facility is beautiful. It's new, clean, and very welcoming. The furniture is nice, too. It's a great place. They had church on Sundays and did physical fitness. They have movies and a game room. Next week is all about Thanksgiving so there will be all kinds of activities. The staff is wonderful. They're caring and helpful. I think the only area I might ding them, and I've had a couple of weeks of experience now, is communication between shifts. That seems to be a weak point. My husband is in their memory care and I'm very satisfied. It was very expensive but I think for the money, it's well worth it. It's a nice facility and my husband's very happy there. The rooms are nice, the food is good, and the facility is gorgeous. It's not depressing.

Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln is close to my house, so that is very good. They had a very nice staff. The apartments were also very nice. The rooms were roomy and just enough. It was very clean. Their dining area was very nice.

I liked Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln. It was very clean. I saw the clients that were sitting around in the dining area, and it just seemed to be very nice. The rooms she showed me were nice. You have to bring your own furniture for this place, bring your own bed and dressers and stuff like that. To me, it was fine. They had an area that was closed off. It was an activity room, but they were doing some remodeling on it. The person that took me on the tour and talked to me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did see a few of the staff members.

I liked Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln, and my only objection is their memory care was upstairs. All I got was the director, I didn't get to see any staff, I only saw the sample of the room, I didn't get to see the memory care because of COVID, they weren't allowing people to tour. They fed them three meals a day, they gave them snacks, activities, they kept them busy, and that was all kind of verbal. I can't say that I witnessed it, because I wasn't in there.

Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln was a very nice looking place, but we thought it was too formal for my brother. It was really elegant, and the staff was very pleasant. It was a locked-in area for their memory care, but it was too high-priced for us. The service was very good to get us going in our direction, and the lady who gave us the tour us was very helpful.

The care that Summerset Senior Living of Lincoln provides to my mother is good. Her room is clean. And the staff has been very friendly, nice and helpful. One of their amenities is that they have coffee and tea for the residents. The security seems good. They also have an ice cream parlor that the family could go with the residents to have free ice cream.
