My mother will move into Sierra View Manor. It was a smaller facility, so they paid more attention to clients. It seems that they could handle more of her needs specifically. The cost was more amenable to what her income is. They only have 35 residents. They said they had a couple of them that were older than Mom, and most of them are younger than her. Most of the staff are seniors themselves, 60, 65, in that area. Over half the staff have been there for 20 years or more. The person who owns the place does the marketing. I saw no problems with the upkeep at all. They have a salon, gardens, outside seating, and seated exercises for people who can't stand up and do that. They have activities and stuff like that.

Wonderful place for your loved ones! Affordable, clean, friendly caring staff, amazing food, and quality care. Has that comfy home feel. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere for their loved one to live.

Wow! No deposits, no levels or points added on for services in addition to the basic rate! I walked into welcoming room with furnishings, fireplace, and 1880's grand piano that makes you feel like taking a seat and reading a book. Music was playing of the era your mom and dad enjoyed. Some of the residents were gathered and one of them was reading jokes. They were all laughing and joking with each other. The staff were very helpful and smiling and genuinely seemed happy. I couldn't believe the rates were so reasonable. Hundreds less than other places. They offered for us to have a free lunch and I took a raincheck for a future date. I am sure I will use it after my mom moves in.
