My ex-husband is doing pretty well in Villa Catalpa, he moved in last July. There are only 17 apartments in there and he's in the first story. It's very well maintained, very clean and always swept. The managers lived in the front apartment. He's got a one bedroom with air-conditioning, a bathroom, a dishwasher, kitchen and a small dining area. They take care of everything including gas.
