My father hates it there, but my family and I are fine with it. The staff is very attentive and everyone has been wonderful. My father isn't the easiest person to deal with but they've been very patient with him. The environment is lovely, the place is clean and they have a lot of activities. They have a lot to offer. The place is beautiful, well-decorated and lovely. We're having issues with the billing, because the person doing the billing doesn't seem to know what he's doing so my father is being reimbursed. Once a month, they have lovely concerts in their rose garden and they provide complimentary food. They have exercise daily, they have a walking club and they have a daily and weekly schedule of activities on the tables in the dining room.

Worse service, been waiting for my mom's part of her refund for over 50 days and they just told me that I have to keep on waiting. My mom has mild Alzheimer's and she changed her mind the next day we signed the contract. They said they were going to refund her part of her down payment, which we had agreed on. They charged her for the entire month plus a down payment. My mom never moved in, they never gave her the keys, this is unacceptable and will take further action.

My favorite place is Ivy Park at Cerritos. I went there two weeks ago. I liked it, and they invited me to the Easter egg hunt last Friday, so my mother and I went. They asked us to stay for lunch, so we sat in the dining area, had lunch, and everything was perfect. It seems like it's well-managed. There were lots of employees and all the residents living there are all well taken care of. There's a lot of help. The staff was very nice. It was very clean. There are a lot of facilities, a lot of places where residents can go and play with puzzles or Monopoly or something. There were lots of rooms for them to enjoy themselves and be together. I liked it. The atmosphere was very friendly and very open. Residents were walking around when you walked in. They're very friendly, saying hi, and welcoming us.

The staff was very welcoming and warm. The facilities were quite nice. We were impressed. The room that we were considering had a nice view, but when we got down to selecting it, they told us that that room wasn't available and the other room was one that faced out to the parking lot, and we really didn't like that. The staff listened well and the gal that took us on the tour knew all the residents' names, so she greeted them by name and that was very impressive.

We have been there several times. It’s very close to me, and they have a lot of activities; that’s why I was impressed with them. They have activities going on like normal day to day operation, piano, and bingo -- just about anything you really want.

It is very clean. The studio and the one-bedroom are very modern and commodious. The activity schedules are robust. They have Catholic mass, which is what my mom wants, and Eucharist and Holy Rosary once a week. They have CareMore Touch which is an HMO program where her healthcare providers will come in to see her, so she doesn't have to go to medical appointments. It's been a very positive experience.

My father-in-law has been doing great at here after only been there for three days. The living quarters are OK, and the common dining room is fine. He says it’s good. As long as he likes it, that’s all that matters.

My mother was in here for about two months, and we were very pleased. It was a beautiful facility, and the staff was very caring. She had escort everywhere she went; all she had to do was push a button, and she had help. They had a lot of fine activities that she enjoyed, and the food was outstanding. I can't say anything bad about it. The food was outstanding every time I ate there, and my mother loved it. There was more than enough, and she had many choices. The dining room was beautifully laid out, and the building itself was nicely laid out. Her apartment was just across the hall from an elevator. My mom was 98 years and moved very slow with a walker, so it was very convenient.

Mom has been in this facility for one week and I am very impressed. Staff is consistently cheerful and very helpful. Administration has been supportive with both knowledge and follow-through as we weave our way through new terrain. The food is outstanding! Mom is picky about her food, but cleans her plate at every meal here. Other residents have expressed their enjoyment at living her for long periods of time. We are very glad we found this place!

The staff are very nice, very courteous, and caring. The rooms and apartments are clean and very comfortable. It is very convenient for senior citizens who need independent and assisted living. They have field trips every Wednesday and they have a lot of social activities going on every day. Everything is positive. My client is very happy.

It is a lovely facility. We've been there for lunch, thinking that we were going to go stay for several days. The food was OK. I was interested in a 2-bedroom apartment. I wouldn't call it spacious, but it appeared to be very nice and clean. Each bedroom has a nice-sized closet. We would just have to have a microwave, and that's about it. Or I would go down to three meals a day, and I don't know if that is going to make me happy or not. I thought it was very nice. We were invited two weeks ago. Then, after that, we were invited to a big party that they gave for Father's Day, which was lovely. It was really nice.
