My mother moved into Palacio Senior Apartments. It's very close to where I live, which was very important to me. They have a pool and a spa. They do daily activities like exercise, game nights, happy hours, and donuts on Sundays. Everyone has been extremely friendly to me, my mom, and my son when he visits. My mom cooks her food. I just go there and do all her grocery shopping. They have laundry facilities. They've been lovely to work with, very kind, and loving. We had a lot of rain earlier in the year, so they had a little bit of a flood. It wasn't on the side that my mom moved into, so it didn't affect her at all. But on the other side of the property, they had some water damage. So that's not ideal, and some things were blocked off. They have a calendar that they give out every month with everything that they're doing every day.
