I’ve been at New Horizon Village a couple of weeks. I like the place very much. Everything has been first class for me. I pay $895 a month here and it’s affordable for me. I find everyone is very courteous, very congenial and very cordial. I’m delighted to be here, and I would recommend it to anyone highly. The rooms are 575 sq. ft. It’s not that big. I’m finding that most of the places that we go to where we have events and conferences are closer. I’m close to the Eagles Stadium. I’m a big baseball fan and close to the Christ Cathedral. It’s more centrally located for the things that I’m involved in, much to my pleasant surprise. Where I go on a semi-regular basis, that would take me 40 minutes. Now it’s taking me 20 to 25 minutes. It saves me a lot on transportation cost. There are little things that they can improve on but I think, overall, it’s fine.

I bought a house at The New Horizon Village. I like the place because it is a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom unit and I have my own kitchen, my own laundry and 2 patios one in the front and one at the back. The place had a garden and it feels like you're at home. They also have a swimming pool, a tennis court and I can also play golf.
