"Sancerre Atlee Station is brand new. It's within three miles from our daughter's home and also about three miles from a local medical facility hospital in the area. We liked the apartments that were available. We liked the size, what they looked like, and all that. The staff was very informative and answered our questions. The facility was very clean."

"My mom has moved into Commonwealth Senior Living at the West End. The day we moved in, they were wonderful. They helped me with everything. I could not have been more pleased. They have a salon, and they give you towels. They supply a lot of things. They have music and they have different programs. My mom will be 101 in December, so she's not doing a lot of activities, but they do have a lot to offer. My mom says the food is very good. The building is very well taken care of. The staff members have all been wonderful. Regarding activities, they have a lot of bingo and cards. I have seen residents out doing activities and they seem to be having a good time. Overall, we're very, very happy where my mom is at now."

"We visited Elizabeth House, and we liked it. The room was a good size. It was nice and clean. We couldn't look around too much because they wouldn't let us go where the other people were because of COVID. We could only look at the one room."

"When I first Visit the Brighter Living I was amazed how beautiful the inside was and how big the facility is. Some of the staff members were very nice in person compared to over the phone when i would call for my grandmother. I learned that brighter living has transportation for there residents, which i loved. Residents are able to go to the shopping center and shop. I like that the facility provides meals, the residents can dine with each other or alone if they like which is a plus for me because i know my grandmother likes to be alone some times. I like that they have Social activities also i came in everyone was playing BINGO. I like they have a 24 hour staff, and emergency kits if needed. The residents Rooms are a nice size, i think they are perfect for residents who aren't capable of doing too much. The pricing of this facility is not as expensive as most assisted living facilities. The only bad thing is the place is very far from family and I would rather have my grandmother closer. I do like when the nurses call me and inform me of how my grandmother is doing and how her behavior is. I like that they do inform me when her medication is being changed and when her doctor appointments are. "

"We have visited Dunlop House several times because my mother has friends there who recommended the place. We met with the administrator, who was very positive, warm and friendly. We toured three different types or room. They didn't have expensive amenities but they had was an open and bright central area where everyone congregated with a skylight, so it's very warm and fresh. It's not so much an active place where they're always on the go, but they do have transportation to different events and doctors. They also had medical people in-house. The population was more older than active. The place was refreshing, very accommodating, and all on one level."

"My mom is already in an ALF at Metro Gardens. She likes this facility because it is close to her community where she grew up. We have her in there the end of June of last year. She was in a hospital prior to that and that hospital got her in that place. Right now, she is doing very well. This facility works hand-in-hand with the PACE program in keeping her health and everything. Regarding accommodations, they have accommodated her to the point where she now has her own room for herself. She feels that that little area is hers. In this facility, she still has her independence but she has somebody with her. I'm just happy with it. Regarding food preparation, they're very good with the cooking. The patients were satisfied with how they cooked. "

"WELL WHEN WE FIRST TALKED ABOUT PUTTING MY GRANDMOTHER IN A NURSING HOME EVERYONE WAS KIND OF SKEPTICAL BECAUSE WE'VE HEARD SUCH HORROR STORIES RELATED TO NURSING FACILITIES HOW THE PATIENTS WERE TREATED...WHEN WE AS A FAMILY FINALLY DECIDED TO PUT MY GRANDMOTHER IN A NURSING HOME WE SEARCHED SO MANY OF THEM AND FINALLY FIRST CHOICE WAS THIS FACILITY WHICH FROM THE OUTSIDE ITS CLEAN AND NEW BUT THE INSIDE IS EVEN BETTER THE NURSES ARE AWESOME...ITS SPACIOUS, BRIGHT, CLEAN, AND IT DOESNT HAVE THAT OLD SMELL LIKE MOST NURSING HOMES DO...MY GRANDMOTHER ENGAGES IN MANY ACTIVITIES THERE ONE OF HER FAVORITES IS BINGO...EVENTHOUGH SHE SAYS SHE DONT LIKE IT THERE SOMETIMES I THINK SHE ENJOY TALKING TO MOST OF THE ELDERLY PEOPLE THERE...THE ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE ABOUT THE FACILITY IS THE FOOD, MY GRANDMOTHER SAYS ITS AWFUL...THE RNS THAT WORK THERE ARE ALSO GREAT AT GIVING HER MEDICATION AND THEY ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THE FAMILY LIKE WE'VE BEEN KNOWING EACHOTHER FOREVER...HER ROOM IS VERY CLEAN ALTHOUGH SHE SHARES IT WITH ANOTHER PATIENT SHE HAS ALOT OF SPACE OF HER OWN, SUCH AS HER OWN TELEVISION WHICH SHE HAD TO BRING WITH HER...I HAVE TO SAYS ALL MY VISITS ARE GREAT BECAUSE I LOVE BEING WITH MY GRANDMOTHER BUT A MEMORABLE TIME THERE HAD TO BE WHEN I STAYED FOR PARTY NIGHT ACTUALLY IM NOT SURE WHAT ITS CALLED BUT THEY HAD A LOCAL MUSCIAN WHO CAME AND SANG COUNTRY MUSIC IT WAS AWESOME EVERYONE WAS DANCING...AND BINGO AND MUSIC NIGHT WERE THE ONLY ACTIVITIES I WITNESSED BUT THEY HAVE SO MANY AND NOT TO MENTION A FAMILY ROOM HOWEVER I PERFER MY GRANDMOTHERS ROOM BECAUSE WE CAN TALK ABOUT ANYTHING THERE "

"I spent four days at Poplar Springs Hospital, and for the most part, found it a very peaceful and helpful environment. The many activities, attentive staff, and appropriate advice helped me to feel better about myself, which was my whole reason for staying there. The main things that I was concerned with while on my way to the hospital were the quality of the food, living, and the care that would be offered. The food was actually exceptional, the living was tolerable, and the care offered was certainly helpful, such as advisers and medication. I became anxious about some of the other residents that I was housed with simply because of the medical reasons for why they were in the hospital in the first place, but I ended up not having any problems with any of the other people, so it ended up not being much of an issue. All around, I would recommend Poplar Springs to anyone having problems emotionally or otherwise, and would certainly go back should the need arise again. "
