Sancerre Atlee Station is brand new. It's within three miles from our daughter's home and also about three miles from a local medical facility hospital in the area. We liked the apartments that were available. We liked the size, what they looked like, and all that. The staff was very informative and answered our questions. The facility was very clean.

This place is pretty new so I’m hoping they are working through some things. However, they don’t live up to what they are selling on the tour. The communication is AWFUL. They have no app/platform to provide families with info about their loved one. The calls go unanswered. During the tour we were told there was an app to facilitate communication with the families - a way for the families to stay informed. After we moved in, they say they are “moving away from the app” but fail to provide any other form of communicating. I received better communication from my child’s elementary school teacher and I wasn’t paying nearly $8,000 a month. I am completely in the dark about what is happening with my Father. Did he eat? Take his medicine? Participate in any activities? No way for me to know. There is a lot of disorganization and it can be very chaotic during activities. This is leads than ideal for Alzheimer’s patients. Management is definitely a problem. I understand they are new but they have other facilities and this shouldn’t be new to them. Yet, the social director is asking families for “ideas” of things to do with the residents. It just doesn’t make sense. This place has tremendous potential. Hopefully time will make a difference. If it does, I will gladly update my review. Management staff gets one star. If I were reviewing the rest of the staff I’d give them a 4.
